Stretch here offers a 20 minute stretch at an affordable rate of $ 19 a stretch and less if you purchase packages in advance.
Your therapist will be using an advanced form of stretching called Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). Each main muscle in your body will be pushed to its limits 5 times to increase range of motion, circulate fluid in your joints and reduce toxins in your muscles.
