Can you ever make a caramel macchiato without burning the espresso??? This location is notorious for screwing up their coffee. if I didn’t work in mira mesa, I wouldn’t come here and keep my business with the Encinitas locations. I pay $ 4+ for a burnt coffee? I can do that shit myself at my own house. Get your coffee making skills right or find a new profession.

Starbucks is known for providing a good product and having exceptional employees. This Starbucks is the best of the best, because the workers are all so friendly and fast. Josh really stands out! He does a great job of managing the store! At least I assume he is a manager. Either way Starbucks is lucky to have him as a representative.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha. When I got home, I took a sip and noticed that it tasted very milky. After a few more sips, I removed the lid to find nothing but milk. They forgot the coffee! Who does that?

I used to struggle with this store but I very much like it now. Employees are much better and friendly, drinks are finally accurate, and cleanliness is never an issue.

I come here Monday through Friday and I am considered a regular here. The workers know my name and make my experience very personable. And plus they make my drink very fast considering the fact I have to make it at work on time at 7am.

Friendly employees but both my coffees weren’t what I asked for. They taste terrible which is always a bummer. They also come up as having a drive thru which is false.

Genius! They added four small round tables and took away display racks so more customers /students could sit, chat and study. GREAT! This is a BUSY location so don’t you dare bad mouth these hard working Baritas. What would you do if the shoe were… yi’know.

I love Starbucks but this establishment is BS!!! So I’m in line waiting just like everyone else and a guy walks all the way to the front of the line and the damn baristas serve him. The line was long and it doesn’t matter who he is. I’m pretty sure everyone had somewhere to be and I guarantee he is not that important. Starbucks this favoritism is bs

Had my Venti mango tea and it was excellent. The baristas worked promptly to make the beverage without any mistakes or mess, they worked efficiently to lessen the wait in line. The facility looked clean and inviting

I tried a new drink(new for me) and asked the barista if I didn’t like the drink, could I switch it out. She looked at me weird and says«I guess». Starbucks allows you to switch a drink if you don’t like it right? Is this universal?

Love the staff at this Starbucks. The know me too well. Carlos — always down to talk sports with that guy. Lina — Draws awesome pictures in my drinks with caramel sauce! Parking — Decent; can get crowded up front but you’re going to find SOMEWHERE in the lot to park. Seating — Lots of tables along the side bench, plus there’s a plaza in front with plenty of outdoor seating.

Everytime I go into this Starbucks the employees are mostly rude. My friends and I went in the other day and one of the ladies was very short and rude to my friend. And she was really short to me and I work at Starbucks and I really didnt appreciate it. :/

Fast service for my morning fix. I come here ever day for my ice mocha! The only thing they need around my area is a Starbucks with a drive thru.

I wouldn’t even rate this starbucks 1. Its more a 0. I only come here because its close to my house. But the people are slow. Constantly messing up my Grande vanilla latte. Sometimes I send my boyfriend in instead and he comes back and my drink is half full. So when I go in the next time and complain and all they say is, well what do you want me to do about it!!! REALLY?! I would NOT recommend this location.

Their staff is very friendly and I make this a regular stop when I’m in the area. I just rather go to the one closer to me house but when i’m shopping within this small or across the street. This is my place to get my java kick.

Came in for my froo froo Grande NF, Caramel Latte, 140 today. Disappointed that my favorite barista wasn’t working, but I’m fairly certain she works in the evenings.

Alright you know why this Stabucks stands out from all the other Starbucks in San Diego(let alone Mira Mesa Blvd)? 11pm on weekdays, 12a on Fri/Sat. Yup, the only Starbucks I know in San Diego which closes past the Standard 10pm or even 9pm. Makes it convenient to meet up with friends after work or to meet for work/school related stuff. The staff knows their shit and I’ve never witnessed bad service from these folks. And the people who occupy the tables for their laptops aren’t total creepers Pros: + Late close time + Big Space + Outlets have multiple sockets + Starbucks Coffee Cons: — Little kids running around outside during the summer/Friday nights(but then thats just the whole Mira Mesa Marketcenter area) — It’s Starbucks Coffee

This is probably my second-favorite standalone Starbucks in Mira Mesa. While the inside is cozy, good luck actually finding a place to sit — because of the proximity to Miramar College and both high schools, more often than not you’ll see plenty of students here cracking open their books or on their laptops taking advantage of the free wi-fi(always a plus, if you ask me). More often than not, I find myself sitting in the patio area… and with the weather being the way it is at the moment, that’s not a good thing. At least I have never gotten a wrong order, and my drinks are always up to spec. I have noticed, though, that the baristas aren’t as friendly as my go-to location.

This is my go-to Starbucks at night… For the most part, the evening staff is friendly and very cool… Although, I can’t say that for every single person that works there… (then again, there always seems to be one in a group that matches the profile of an unflushable…) They are open pretty late and I’ve met a number of cool musicians there with various talents: ukulele, guitar, bass, hand percussion, rappers, beat boxers… and I’ve also met a few painters there too. On Thursday nights, a bunch of bikers meet up over there so it’s a bit loud and crowded if you get there before 9pm. They share the outside seating area with a few other restaurants: Cold Stone, Jamba Juice, Daphne’s, Pick Up Stix, and Rubios so if your group isn’t unanimously feeling coffee, there are other choices available… This Starbucks is definitely a high-traffic one though so you might have to wait awhile to get your drink… but if you want a place to chill at night, this place is an option… they are currently open till 11pm…
