So this is fast food. I don’t normally partake in the whole fast food thing, but I gotta say, for this being fast food, it was really good. My understanding is that they’re fairly clean too. The bottom line is that in a pinch, when nothing else is an option for whatever reason, this will be a good place to go. It was fast, friendly, and super delish.

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend on my lunch break today. We had the shrimp kung pao lunch combo with chow mein and wontons. The cashier that rung us up also has my name(: which is cool. I never met another Janie. Anywho, the kung pao shrimp was really salty and the chow mein was boring and bland. I think the wontons were my favorite part of the dish. Food did come out at a reasonable amount of time and service was really friendly. But overall I probably wouldn’t come back.

I’m so disappointed. Very expensive for the serving that they give you. Entrée is like around 9 – 11 dollars depends on what you get(chicken, beef, shrimp, or salmon). It only comes with a small portion of entrée and a side. I got a house chicken with rice. The chicken is too sweet, and oily. Doesn’t look very good either, when it first came out it looks like a blopp of brown substance(if you know what im talking about) Rice tastes hard, definitely old rice Anyways, the one star goes to the young women who’s very patient and friendly taking my order.

The chicken egg rolls are the perfect appetizer and are very tasty. I was surprised with the size since they are actually quite ginorm. Only downside is that it is a tad on the pricey side.

Easy Asian food to go. They changed the menu but I still get house beef well done with easy sauce and the spicy honey chicken. I always get brown rice. I signed up on their deals, so once in a while I get a text with a buy one get one free entrée coupon. Very clutch. You can also order online and they deliver as well. Great food with good amount. They have lunch specials too. Judging on taste, I definitely prefer Pick Up Stix over Panda Express. The service may be faster at Panda Express, but I feel Pick Up Stix is better since your meal is cooked when ordered, not just sitting out on the warm counter.

The food is just gross. On top of it the kids meal with chicken and noodles was so disappointing. All the kid’s chicken was burnt. After spending $ 45 on a family of four I wonder why I gave it another try. Terrible food… don’t risk it!

Date of visit: 6÷23÷2015 Sometimes it’s nice to just have some fast food that will come out quickly and taste the same every time you order it. That’s usually why Cam and I will go to Pick Up Stix when we’re in the area and not feeling particularly adventurous for food. The parking lot is a little crazy since there are a handful of other fast food restaurants in the area and it shares a parking lot with Haggen’s. Just be careful if you decide to park closest to the restaurants as people tend to zoom down the straightaway. Wonton Soup. This was really more broth than anything else, and once I had eaten everything I wanted to eat(wontons, chicken, broccoli, and carrots), the container was still almost ¾ full of soup. Granted, I don’t like the shrimp, water chestnuts, and mushrooms, it still seemed like a lot of soup. I also regretted dumping in the deep fried noodles as it made my soup oily(I should have thought about that first). House Special Chicken. Cam always gets this dish because sometimes it’s just nice to have some well seasoned meat and rice. Since this is a chain, it’s tastes the same everywhere, but I was a little confused when one of the employees smelled the container before packing it in our bag. Overall, if you’ve gone to Pick Up Stix once, you’ll probably get the same food the next time you go. I was just happy to have soup as I was feeling a little chilled from sipping on my Jamba Juice.

I came in just for a bite to eat. The place is really clean and well put together. I didn’t have to wait long for my food which was great. I had ordered the noodles and they were very bland and cold. The rest of my food was good though.

Service is quick. Food is delicious. It is also close to a bunch of other places I’d eat at so after eating a yummy meal here, I’d go get ice cream next door. I can’t complain about the food or service. Definitely recommended if you are craving for some quick asian meal.

Came here and ordered Togo after my night class. I got the house special chicken and 6 cream cheese wontons. They made it all within 15 mins. The house special chicken was ok. The saucy was kind of oily and salty. The white rice is really hard. I don’t know if it’s how it’s suppose to be but it tasted old. The wontons were good, it’s just that when you stuff it all in that little baggy, the oil stocks around it and when you reach to get one then your hands get all oily.

Fast and efficient service, food is always fresh and hot. I love their house special beef and of course, their cream cheese wontons! If I’m not mistaken, they’re $ 0.25 on Wednesdays!

2 stars for great service! HORRIBLEFOOD!!! I don’t know if it’s the recipes or the cooks but they manage to make everything disgusting except the pad thai is acceptable.

Wow! The food we had tonight was amazing. The house special chicken was cooked perfectly as was the Mongolian beef. Love love love that brown rice is an option as well. The service was superb! Great parking. They take multiple forms of payment. Their menus are nice. The place was spotless. Wish all our Pick Up Stix experiences was like this one :-) Note to Pickup Stix powers that be: please give us fortune cookies without partially hydrogenated oil, FDC food coloring and artificial colors. Also can we have clear serveware instead of the black cutlery, plates and bowls?

This place reminds me of a healthy version of Panda Express? I came here with 2 other ppl and we ordered 4 entrees, a salad and egg rolls and it came out to around $ 60? The amount of food for that much was a bit disappointing. $ 8 – 10 entrees include rice and a small box of meat. The garlic shrimp entrée had mostly veggies with really tiny shrimps for $ 10 including rice. Other than that, the dining area is nice and clean. Maybe I would come here just myself but I can’t bring my very hungry friends who eat a lot!

The wonton soup is so good, perfect for a rainy day. The food is made to order and piping hot which is always appreciated. Last time I was in the there the manager and staff were very attentive, definitely coming back

Three words: Cream Cheese Wontons! The best cream cheese wontons in the area, by far. Not to mention they have a special on Wednesdays where they are maybe 20cents(or something, don’t quote me). For a chain restaurant, the food they serve is delicious. It doesn’t taste like a chain at all. It all tastes fresh. The service staff is always smiling and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for wontons.

It is not anything fancy but satisfies my Chinese cravings! I actually like Pick Up Stix way more than Panda Express, and this is why: 1. Made to order 2. No extra charges for brown rice(and they are cooked well every time) 3. Better customer service 4. Great deals(BOGO Chicken Entrees, Wonton Wednesdays… etc) 5. Feels healthier(not sure if it’s actually is tho) I don’t think I want to pay $ 8 – 10 for an entrée(I would rather get a bowl of Phở or carne asada fries. haha), but with BOGO coupons and Wonton Wednesday when I can get their crispy cream cheese wontons for 33 cents, it is pretty cheap dinner fix. My favorite entrée is house special chicken, and my hubby loves bourbon chicken. I tried their wonton soup before, and it was great with fresh veges, etc. I also want to point out that their customer service(especially at this location) is really great. Once when my chicken tasted too sweet, the manager made my order again with no hesitation. Wow. Hard to find that at fast food places.

One of those places that satisfies your hunger but leaves you with a discontent stomach afterwards. Ordered their Honey Chicken with Brown Rice and upon first bite, I knew I made my first error of the day. The chicken was indeed crispy like the description stated but that’s where it stopped. It was crispy(period) The nonexistent chicken was nonexistent. As if I was eating breaded nonexistent chicken with a hint of honey flavoring. Customer Service was friendly. I was one of the people eating there during lunch hour. As spacious as the restaurant is, only a few seats were being occupied. I suppose, if ever I come back, I’ll try something that doesn’t require flour.

Came here on a weekday for lunch around 1:30 pm, so maybe I just missed the noon rush. I was able to order my food quickly and the menu was pretty organized. I ordered the lunch combo with kung pao shrimp, brown rice and cream cheese wontons(those things are so awesome) and the total came to about $ 8.50 inc. tax. They have lunch specials from 11am-3pm. The food took about 10 minutes to be ready. FOOD — Pretty good. I usually order the lettuce wraps here too which are a good fix if you can’t get the PF Changs version ;) SERVICE — It was okay, not overly friendly and the bummer was when I got back to the office, ready to devour my food and realized that they had not included any utensils or napkins in my «to-go» order. Boooo… so off I went begging for utensils from my fellow co-workers. TIPS — –There are lunch specials from 11am-3pm M-F I believe. Ranges from $ 7-$ 9 and includes an entrée, side and choice of dumplings, egg roll or wontons. –They take cards. –Food can take up to 10 mins to be ready. Call ahead if you are in a rush.
