History

Established in 2012.

Experienced in catering and the restaurant business, owner Mike Stahl has always loved baking gourmet treats for friends and family. Along the way he developed a distinctive line of slightly soft baked biscotti and cookies, each infused with a different type of chocolate.

Always the entrepreneur, Mike decided to put his best recipes together in the summer of 2012 and formed Stahl’s Gourmet Baking Company with an eye on creating his delicious hand crafted treats for everyone with a taste for the sweet gourmet.

Stahl’s exceptional fruit and nut biscotti and cookies come in various assortments and are packaged in a beautiful re-​usable gift box packaged for every season. All varieties of Stahl’s treats can be ordered white or milk chocolate dipped, mixed or plain.

Business Owner

Mike worked as an interior designer specializing in high end decorative wall and furniture painted finishes, a college instructor, a website designer, a writer and a cook.

Originally from the Bay Area he migrated to beautiful San Diego in 2004 for the climate and the slower pace of life.
