From the people, to the product, to the process, we are thrilled with Solaire. Our initial meetings with Roland to get the information and then to get a quote, were easy. From the time we signed our contract to the time we turned our system on was about 4 weeks. Throughout that time, we were updated regularly on the progress via email and over the phone. The installation was quick and professionally done. Then, getting approvals from the city and from SDG & E were also quick. I turned our system on this morning, and am looking forward to the benefits of having solar. I can confidently recommend Solaire to family and friends, and to all of you on Unilocal

Our solar system is up and running thanks to Solaire! They worked with us to get our panels installed in a timely manner, the techs were very nice and worked around our schedule, and they took care of all the scheduling and permits to get our job done. A few months ago, my friend had told us about Solaire Energy Systems and said we should check them out since we were looking into Solar installations, and so we did! We do not regret it one bit, Rhami was amazing and very kind throughout the whole process. Every question we had to ask, he answered with the utmost respect, even the difficult ones. RHAMI came out today very very knowledgeable. .we had no attention on getting solar today but all his info helped us come to a quick decision. he helped us with all our questions even the lame ones. he was great and we look forward to getting our project started. i will be recommending him for sure… stay tuned for updated reviews on our project…

Solaire Energy Systems has been a pleasure to work with! We were referred to them by our friend who had a system installed by Solaire 2 years ago. There are so many companies out there it’s so hard to choose from. The thing I really liked about Solaire was that they were able to do both our solar system and a new HVAC system. We worked with Genevieve, she explained everything in great detail even with all the questions my husband had.
The installation process was easier then expected. They did all the work with getting permits and taking care of the HOA approvals. One of the most important things was that the guys were friendly and they kept the job site clean!
We just got our first bill and it was -$ 7.woo who! We are so excited to turn our new Lennox AC unit on!

So far so good — let me tell you!
I want to start with a review of our consultative session and come back and share the rest my experience when all is done.
First off, Rhami H. is the guy to request. When you are looking to shop around for solar systems, it is difficult to find the right balance from overselling to looking clueless amongst representatives, consultants, salesperson (red flags: if they don’t check the roof quality and electric panel, if they are unsure whether or not you get grandfathered in wrt net metering).
Rhami provides that ideal balanced mix. He lays out his credentials straight from the source (e.g. CSLB,
) without speaking to fancy PPT slides, is knowledgeable, and has a real conversation with you about your needs.
I am looking forward to continue working with Rhami throughout this process and he’s given me confidence in the quality and speed of their delivery. I’ll come back next month to update my review.
UPDATE!
It is April 18^th and I already have my solar up and running for 5 days. Did you notice? My Solar is up and running less than a month since my first meeting with Rhami? That makes a huge difference in savings!
I remember getting a quote from a company who promised me solar by June/​July. At the rate we used electricity, that would be close to $ 500. So please consider that when you are shopping for solar. Same principle, when you finally decide to get solar, you have to move fast; get your quotes lined up and make a decision. Every week you delay is a week you are not saving!
Anyways — back to my experience. Everything was happening pretty quickly. Amanda called, left messages, emailed both me and my husband to make sure everybody knew what was coming and what to expect.
They came to measure my entire roof so i can explore my options on where I want to place the panels. They drafted the proposal within days and with a simply e-​mail reply, they were good to go!
They scheduled two installation days but finished in one! I didn’t even need to be there, only to receive them and inspect at the end.
After installation, they set up inspection and even sent representatives to finalized and ensure a smooth process!
All in all, it was a fast, efficient, and rewarding process. Solaire really made me feel special.

I’m glad I went with Solaire for my solar panel. The consultant was excellent in teaching all the benefit and tax credit for our new system to be installed. I highly recommend this company as they know what they are doing. I’ve search a few other companies and I’ll I heard is they are the best, but Rhami explained every detail on what needs to be done and what Solaire Energy will do for me and I will soon have my new solar panel and no more electrical bill.

Wow! Everything that was promised was delivered. The installation looks symmetrical and uniform with the conduit dropped thru my attic. I pull up to my house everyday and love the way my solar system looks. I’ve recommended Solaire to my friends and neighbors. Lisa was very informative and patient with me as I’ve been in the process of moving back to SD from Dallas. Thanks Solaire! Keep up the good work.

Rhami had worked with our close friends for solar installation just a few months before we followed suit and did the same. Both of our families agree that Rhami and Solaire are trustworthy, professional, personable, and timely. We have met and discussed solar installation with no fewer than 10 companies, and Rhami is the BEST. We can call him on a weekend with questions and he will be there. My husband doesn’t get home from work until seven o’clock, and he will bend over backwards to make it work for us. Thanks for everything, and we can’t wait to start enjoying super low energy bills!

My family decided to invest in a solar system this year and after much research and deliberation we decided to go with Solaire because they were so much more informative than their competitors and the customer service from Rhami was top notch. I highly recommend using them and have already referred them to some of my friends.

Outstanding Consultant– Min Lee. Me– First time home owner so I knew as much about Solar Energy as I did with common core math. Living in Lakeside I knew we needed Solar Energy because our electric bills were enough to feed a small country. Just within the year we moved into our home we’d spent a lot of money on our electric bill. We interviewed several reputable companies and just weren’t sold. We started to feel discouraged… then Min came into our lives and we saw the silver lining. He explained everything in detail and I learned SO much from this guy. He even called the finance company while in our home as we looked for loans. We had a few hiccups with some of the office staff who seemed to have a lot on their plate, so things were miscommunicated and I found myself having to call and email to be kept in the loop. If I wasn’t satisfied I contacted Min. He did what he could to get the ball rolling.
The overall process with the contractors, arborist and tree service went smoothly. It’s a lot of work on their end and you can feel a bit lost. Lucky for Solaire they have guys like Min working for them. We would totally invite Min to Thanksgiving.
Summary we are very happy with our Solar Panels and the energy it’s making.

Solaire was great! My home had HVAC, pool pump/​heater, and a solar system installed through Solaire and it was great! The technicians that came out were helpful and walked you through the process and the finished work was great.
Our salesman from there was a Mr. Lee, and he was very helpful as well! He took the time to fully explain what were getting into and he was very easy to meet with.
Overall, it was a great experience with very good customer service!

This review is long overdue. I’ve been saving money on my solar for months now. The installation was fast and the process was easy. Angel did a great job on the pool solar as well. Thanks Angel! Keeping the pool warm for longer without increasing my gas bill is a no brainer. Rhami, we appreciate your relaxed approach that really made us feel comfortable with our investment. My wife and I were shopping around for Solar, and it took us about 3 months to pull the trigger with Solaire. They actually came once, but the first presenter that stopped by was very condescending and a little pushy towards the end. Even though this happened the first time, we felt that the company had the best product being offered in the industry and their quote was very competitive with other Solar companies.
After that first meeting, and several other presentations with other companies, we decided to give Solaire one more chance. A different sales agent stopped by, his name was Rahmi. Our experience the second time was totally different from our first meeting. Rhami was very professional, answered all our questions, and gave a good deal on Solar. The presentation from Rhami and what he offered us to install solar panels was a great deal, so we signed that night.
We only gave them 4 stars due to the fact that, even though our installation took longer than we were told due to having to wait for SDG&E’s approval for some upgrades, we would have wanted Solaire’s scheduling team to at least keep us up to date on what was going on with our install. My wife and I found ourselves calling them after two weeks of no communication from Solaire to find out how the permit and installation schedule was looking.
Besides that, when installation date came, the crew was very professional, they did a great job. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They had to do a few modifications to my house, but they took care of everything. We had a few issues with the product due to manufacturer faulty parts, and Solaire contacted the manufacturer, and took care of it in a timely manner.
I will keep you guys posted of any new news with my Federal return!

The solar installation looks great! I’m glad we made the right decision and went with Solaire! They do not use sub contractors and everything is done in house. We also upgraded our HVAC system to an energy efficient Lennox system. We are ready for the summer heat! Rhami, we truly appreciate your constant communication and guidance every step of the way. He gave us a timeline for the project and it was completed in a timely manor. Angel was great as well! We’ve referred neighbors and friends and look forward to finally being free of SDG&E. I’ve been researching solar companies for 9 months and my friend referred Solaire. I’m glad they did. The process was smooth and efficient. I got a great deal and Rhami was always available for my questions. The office kept me in the loop explaining each part of the process. American made panels, and these guys have their own C46 Solar license which means absolutely no sub contracting. I recommend Solaire to anybody going solar. Great job!

I’m just writing to review their consultative process. (Side-​note) We were hit with an unfortunate financial circumstance that was not allowing us to move forward with our project which has been a real bummer.
But, I thought this still warranted a review, because of their most excellent rep Rhami H. If you get a project manager from these guys, this has to be the guy you ask for.
Just so you know, he’s not only hard working, but that guy you feel like is a natural part of your family.
I couldn’t comment on any of the physical work, but I can only imagine, it would be as quality as Rhami is.
If we end up choosing to proceed with our project overall, I know who I will be calling.

My landlord has been researching solar for 3 months before he made the decision. He was thorough and took the time to make the right decision. These guys do everything in house and dont sub contract. He went with this company bc they are honest, reliable, and followed thru with their word. Thanks!
