Their paint is pricier than what you’d get at Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc, but SO much better quality.
But the real gem (at this location in particular) is the young woman named Allison working on the Saturday that I went. Apparently I had JUST missed a big 40% off sale by ONE DAY, and was buying 6 gallons of paint (at $ 60 per can). She really didn’t have to do this, and I wasn’t even aware that I had just missed the sale, but she was able to give me the sale price and I saved a bunch of $$$. Yay Allison!
I am a happy customer. And the new paint color on my walls looks fantastic.

The Manager is rude and has had a bad attitude every time I have been in here… His Employees and Cashiers have a better attitude and are more professional than this guy… He may have in depth knowledge of paint and paint supplies but who cares, when his horrible attitude makes you want to shop somewhere else…

Super helpful staff. Always willing and able to give you advise and help in any way they can. Not a very busy store, so that’s appreciated because you don’t have to wait too long to be seen!

Can’t really speak to the products they sell, but only to the service we got. My fiancé and I went in looking for wallpaper after seeing ads on TV for the new HGTV wallpaper and checking it out online. We walk in to be greeted by a guy behind the counter who asks if he could help us. We ask about wallpaper and he replies that «we don’t carry that,» laughts and says «I don’t even know where to send you. everything we have is online.»
Well, needless to say I wasn’t thrilled about being treated like an idiot for thinking that you may carry products that ARE on your website. The employees need to clearly learn more about their job.
I’ll be going to Frazee from now on.

Good quality paint if you don’t mind spending a little more than you would for lesser quality. I bought their top of the line paint and spent about $ 45 /​gallon. I found that it actually gives you a little more coverage from a gallon than other brands, plus the high quality paint will make me a returning customer. The service here fast and friendly. It takes a fraction of the time to mix paint here that it would at Home Depot or Lowe’s.
