Sherman Lin, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Sherman for 18 years and he is an excellent dentist. The hygienists have all been wonderful as well, and I have always been able to get an appointment if there is a problem. I do not understand how he could get anything but a 5 star rating!

I have been here a few times. The experience is not bad until recently. I am just 2 or 3 minutes late behind my schedule but they already begin to take another appointment. It is really inconvenient.

Everything is high tech, clean lovely staffs and great doctors. Best hygienists!
Full 45 min. cleaning. Feel FRESH each time. My mom just did an implant on her molar. Surprised to hear no pain. Dr. Lin is gentle and very very knowledgeable about implant procedures. Most importantly, fees are very reasonable!

We are sorry to hear that your experience with this office was not pleasurable. Appointments unfortunately are only moved if there is an emergency case that needs to be attended to immediately. But, you also wanted an earlier appointment for a teeth cleaning. We accommodated you to come in early for this service. Furthermore please let me correct you on the filling appointment. We did only two fillings not three. You can verify this information from your explanation of benefits from your insurance company. We hope you will find a dentist to your liking. We are sorry to hear your experience here was not pleasurable. Our hygienist are highly educated and trained. Because of this during teeth cleanings they look for any problem areas (i.e. soft spots, cavities, and infections). They report any findings to the doctor so during your exam he may take a closer look. A short exam from the doctor indicates that you have a clean bill of health and do not need any further procedures.

High recommend this office!
My family has been coming here for many years. Everyone is super friendly and clean! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable about their field and new procedures and techniques. They are also super honest and try to save their patients some money. They try to accommodate me as much as possible. I’ve been referring friends and they love it here!

I have only been to this dentist two times, but that was two times too many.
First off, I received multiple calls from the office moving both appointments.
During both appointments I also had to hear the dentist chat the whole time with his assistant as he worked on my teeth.
When I came to the office for my appointment, I gave my name and was told I had a tooth extraction appointment. I had to correct the receptionist and tell her no, I was in for fillings.
The final straw was in regards to my fillings. During my first visit I was told that I needed two fillings, and to keep an eye on one of my fillings. When I was sitting in the chair for my fillings, the assistant told me I was getting three fillings. I had to correct the dentist and assistant and remind them what was told to me originally, the two fillings and to watch the one tooth. The dentist confirmed my decision. When I came home, I found 3 fillings.
I will definitely not recommend this dentist nor ever go back.

Went in for a cleaning around January. Cleaning went fine, but Dr. Lin hardly examined my teeth. He took a mirror, looked at my teeth for no more than 30 seconds, stated «she has good teeth» and left. My previous dentist (which I left because my husband and I relocated to this area) always took at least a couple minutes to look and poke around on my teeth to make sure there were no soft spots or cavities.
Fast forward to August, when I have an appointment scheduled for the 29^th. I know for sure this was the day that I scheduled the appointment because I wrote it down in my calendar when I was on the phone with the scheduler– I have a rotating work schedule so there are only certain days each week I can schedule appointments. I get to the office and they proceed to tell me my appointment was on Wednesday the 27^th, which I know it wasn’t. It definitely was scheduled for a Friday, not a Wednesday. Needless to say, I did not rebook. Will not be returning to this office again.

I love this office. Everybody very professional, always smiling staffs.

I have been going to Dr. Lin for about 7 years now, and he is the BEST! Nothing better than a skilled, competent dentist with a wonderful sense of humor. His entire staff is friendly, personable and has good customer service/​people skills. You will not regret getting your teeth cleaned, root canal or oral surgery done here.

no frills dental office. this ain’t no dental spa. equipment is not brand new.
