Sentry Storage Solutions – Miramar

These guys are really wonderful with customer service. I used Sentry’s Miramar location to store my household goods, receive my mail and hold my wine and single malt scotch collection in their temperature-​controlled storage while I took a job out of state for a year. I wouldn’t have wanted to manage my relocation without Sholem and his team.
They are so organized and conscientious that they called me while I was on the road and let me know that my storage locker door wasn’t tightly closed. I had left them with a spare key and they just took care of it. They repackaged and forwarded my mail to me once a week for a very reasonable charge, and were very responsive to my emails when I had to make some last minute arrangements. When a package arrives, they send out an email notification. When I finally removed my goods from storage they were clean and in perfect shape. Retrieving wine, either by the bottle or by the case, is really easy and everything is inventoried. Though I’m back in town, they’re still holding my scotch, and they keep earning my business!

Although the storage facility itself is pretty run-​of-​the-​mill, the staff here is great — very friendly and helpful.

I have worked with Sentry Storage for 10 years. We have always had excellent service and very pleasant people to work with. I have done some price checking but for the little bit we would save it’s not worth the chance of loosing the great service we have now not to mention the loss of our records. Give them a try you wil be very pleased.
