Established in 2013.
The Peak Performance branch of San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health center, was formed to better serve the needs of our patients. SDSM strives to provide the most well rounded care for recreational and professional athletes and Peak Performance was designed to provide them with the information and knowledge to truly maximize performance.
