Gary Sehnert opened his bankruptcy law office in 1998.

The U.S. Trustee for the San Diego Region, out of concern for the Debtors that must appear at «Creditor Meetings», placed a number of requirements on Debtor’s Attorneys. In an effort to meet those requirements in the best possible way, Attorney Gary Sehnert founded SD341.

Gary Sehnert graduated from California Western in 1991. He interned with U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Louise DeCarl Adler. He is a member of the California Bar and the San Diego County Bar association.
