San Diego Limo Hire

I’m giving this experience 3 stars only because I called that day in need of a limo service. Our first option failed to show and this company came through last minute on a Sunday afternoon. The car sent was a 10 passenger limo, nothing fancy but we were given a good deal for 3 hours. The downside was the limo driver took over an hour to pick us up when we were told it would be 20 min. A little irritating, but I was being patient considering the last minute situation. After calling dispatch multiple times asking what is going on I was told the driver was in the neighborhood but couldn’t find us. I had to send my husband out to ride around, find him and bring him to us. We live in a well established neighborhood, there’s no reason google maps would get you lost. Well, it didn’t end there… the driver got lost multiple times going to our location and also bringing us back home. I couldn’t relax and enjoy our company as I had to make sure the driver wasn’t getting lost again and even help him with directions. The driver was extremely nice, I’ll give him that but this was ridiculous. How can you be a driver and unable to follow a GPS? I appreciate the last minute service, but I’m hesitant to use this company again or any limo service for that matter. Call UBER XL
