Business Owner
My name is Mark Principato and I am the Owner/Pitmaster of Rubbed Right BBQ. Going from backyard barbecue to competition was something I decided to do in order to further develop my skills and become a seasoned pitmaster. From the very first competition I entered I was hooked and began to develop new skills and techniques I would later use to become an award winning pitmaster. Since then I have won various awards in several categories and continue to compete as often as possible. Our meats are slow smoked the traditional way using different combinations of earthy woods and fruity woods that complement our flavor layering profile. Ultimately our goal is to serve the best quality barbecue possible and deliver excellent customer service!
