I was introduced to the benefits of alternative medicine while employed as a receptionist in a chiropractic office. A friend taught me to assist with massage treatments and subsequently encouraged me to pursue formal training in massage therapy. While in Maryland; I attended the Baltimore School of Massage where I began my adventure as a massage therapist. Since beginning my massage practice over seven years ago, I have continued my massage education by taking classes in pregnancy massage, hot stone, and aromatherapy to name a few. Recently, my family and I moved to the San Diego area. I look forward to using all my skills to help my clients achieve and maintain a state of well-​being.
