This place is great. I was recommended by a friend and I was amazed they were even better than she talked them up to be. Everyone is so nice and calming and great at what they do. It’s an all around pleasant experience. It’s almost sad when you are done and have to leave. Highly recommend this place.

I used to be a dental assistant for 2 Drs. whom I held in high regard, so I’m very picky when it comes to dentists. I liked my previous dentist a lot, but he stopped taking my insurance company. No biggie, you have to do, what you have to do. His associate however, kept my insurance company. After trying her for a year, I found her to be too hasty, overlooking details, and being overbooked to the point that visiting her as a patient just felt like a burden. I wasn’t feeling her so I looked elsewhere.
My good friend recommended Dr. Bey, and I’m glad I followed his advice. Dr Bey and his employees are awesome. His associate Dr. Tengonciang (who is on maternity leave) is awesome as well.
After my easy-​going cleaning, Dr. Tengonciang, took a look at a filling I was concerned about and said that is was worn and exposing raw tooth. A future appointment with Dr. Bey was booked.
FFWD 1 month…
I came to see Dr. Bey to have the filling redone, and he found a massive cavity under it, he even showed it to me on the x-​ray, dark little spot right under it. So he proceeded to fix it.
In the end, I was lucky Dr. Tengonciang’s attention to detail caught this issue, or I would have had a big issue down the road. Oh, and I didn’t even feel it when he gave me the shot.

Everyone, I mean EVERYONE in this office is kind, helpful and funny. I hate going to the dentist, or I should say hated — until I started going to Dr. Bey’s office. They do a great job on your teeth, and don’t try to make you pay for anything you don’t absolutely need. They go out of their way to remember you personally, not just go through the motions to do your cleaning and get you out of there. Nancy, you are always super positive and helpful on the phones and email. Sadly, I have to move to a dentist closer to my new home in north county. But, Dr. Bey gave me a great referral, so hopefully they live up to his standards! Thank you to your entire team, Dr. Bey!

Dr. Bey has been my dentist for over a decade. He’s so good that even though I moved to Seattle, I’ll fly to San Diego to have Dr. Bey do more complex procedures, that’s how much I trust him.
What I like about Dr. Bey is that he’s honest about what needs to be done, talks directly to the situation and won’t ‘sugar coat’ what he’s going to do. He’s very professional and his shots don’t hurt!

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Bey and staff for years. He is a top-​notch dentist and also very good with my kids! They have all of the latest technology and the hygienists are great as well!

Dr. Bey has been my family dentist for 15+ years. There’s no one else I trust with my teeth (believe me, I’ve had my share of dental issues), and despite job and insurance changes, I always seem to come back. Dr. Bey and his staff are cordial and accommodating. Because my smile is pretty awesome, people tend to ask me for dentist referrals and I never hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Bey is awesome. My husband’s family has gone to him for years and I started too when I married him. Several of my coworkers also go there! Him and his whole staff are awesome and I would highly recommend the office.

I LOVE Dr. Bey! I have been going to him for years because he knows I am the biggest wimp and need lots of reassurance during procedures. Dr. Bey makes sure I will not suffer any pain.
It also helps that he has the latest equipment. This includes equipment to make crowns right there in the office while you wait so you don’t have to walk around for weeks with a temporary crown. I also love the soft leather reclining dental chair. It is so comfortable, patients have been known to fall asleep in it. I want one for my home!
Everything is sparkling clean. The hygienists are outstanding, both in their practice and in educating patients on dental hygiene (the hows and whys).
I have had my share of dentists, and in all honesty I can say that Dr. Bey is the best.

I have had a lifelong fear of dentists and have seen several in my 10 years in San Diego looking for a good one. Finally, I FOUND HIM! Dr. Bey is very compassionate, gentle, thorough and keeps me calm and relaxed. When I first came to him, I had to take medication to relax me before visiting a dentist. After meeting Dr. Bey and seeing his office, I decided I would give it a try without. Last year, I actually fell asleep while he was filling my tooth! His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the office has a great atmosphere. I cannot say enough about how this Dr. will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and his staff is always so helpful regarding appointments, questions, etc. I have noticed that he is harder to get into than in years past. I’m sure this is due to word of mouth! If you have a fear of dentistry, give Dr. Bey a try before giving up. I don’t even get anxious when I have appointments now and that is a miracle for me!
