I took the weekend course and I recently passed my state exam and although I passed, I feel like I would have enjoyed my education at a more organized and professional CNA school. The admin office was very frustrating with how everyone in the office would say something different and was not very consistent or informative (like review day, some would say it was mandatory and some would say it wasn’t). Apparently, it’s also not mandatory to do a drug test with them and I didn’t know this, I would have rather saved my money. The admin office people are very argumentative, the owner (Elizabeth) really doesn’t care about their students, just as long as you pay them. Also, they are super disorganized about announcements. They will randomly tell one student something and hope they spread the word. Or they will send emails out but not even email everybody, like half our class was notified. The teachers were never informed either and one person at the office would always have to «ask someone» and promise to call you with the answer, but they never do. They just aren’t very professional. I missed a couple of days and I had to pay $ 160 to do make up days, but they couldn’t get a teacher to accept me into their class (even though there was room) so I just never did the make up days but they kept my money.
Theory class is absolutely pointless. You will have a lot of down time and will be bored 99% of the time. One of the teachers who was a sub for Ms. CJ literally just reads out of the book. Ms. CJ is entertaining and chill. She tells funny stories and she cares about her students but honestly I feel like I could have just read the book on my own. Some of the clinical instructors are helpful in preparing you for the state exam. The only reason I think I passed is because Ms. Toni was absolutely amazing at getting us ready. I’ve met Ms. Edna and Ms. Neri briefly and they seem nice but I don’t know them that well. Ms. Carol is only nice if you are on her good side but she can be a bitch too. She’s this little Filipino lady that acts like mean girls from high school. I did my clinicals at LifeHouse and it’s pretty run-​down and janky. Your experience will highly depend on who you get as an instructor and where you go for clinicals.
You can definitely find other CNA programs at a better price and that is more professional.

The staff is very helpful in assisting me to get a good education. Helped me to get the assistance I needed to succeed. The teachers are very informative and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in starting in the medical field.

Just passed the CNA class, these people were very professional, and nice. The class was informative and I learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this class! This school is awesome!

The CNA program is ok. It goes by fast and the instructors are great. However, I do not recommend taking any other courses at this school. I took the CHHA class which is a 5 day course. By the second day of the class the remaining days in the course had been rescheduled twice. Make sure you have an open schedule because there are often schedule changes. The CHHA course is useless and most jobs don’t require it. It’s the same stuff you learn in the CNA lecture class. It did take a while to get my CHHA card in the mail but it did arrive 5 months after course completion
Make sure you keep track of any payments you make and any deductions you receive They do not keep an accurate record of your account and fail to keep a written record.
They are very helpful at helping you get financial aid even though it is a private school. So be sure to ask before you enroll.

If you are planning to take classes for CNA, RNA or HHA. I will recommend this school. They are committed to helping you learn and succeed; and pass the state exam. The staff is attentive and helpful. The professors are wonderful, knowledgeable and experience in the health field RNA or LVN. Expect to work hard and study a lot as it is a very fast pace course, but at the end all your efforts and dedication is worth it.

I mean, I passed my state exam so I guess I got what i came for. HOWEVER, I had an unbelievably negative experience with one staff member (I mean he should have been fired– seriously illegal stuff), they hype up the post program employment process, clinical instruction is completely based on passing the state exam and not necessarily working in the field… had too many clinical days at the facility cancelled (got 6 out of 9 days), there was A TON of down time in the lab, and theory was nearly 100% useless. On the up side, the actual instructors were very nice and knowledgeable. They passed on what they could. It is the cheapest of the for-​profit programs I could find, but if you can do it at a CC or Continuing Ed Center then go that route!

Professional staff. Courteous. Answered all questions with patience. Value-​priced. Very focused on helping students pass the exam. No nonsense approach to learning. We’ll see in 22 days for the follow-​up.
