The chiropractor should sell used cars! I bought a groupon to see if the service would be good and was given a ‘very aggressive’ sales pitch. After repeating myself multiple times, he finally did my adjustment which included one spot on my back and one spot on each side of my neck. Wow, what happened to the very serious need for so many adjustments to fix me?

Can you say RUDE! I just called to see if I could schedule an appointment for a 1hr and the lady told me that the soonest would be September 21st at 0900. I asked if she had any in the after noon and she said yes but it’s going to be September 28th at 1100 or 1600. I told her that I’m still working and asked does she have anything after 1630. She told me that the soonest would be October 5th! I understand that places get busy and sometimes people cancels their appointments and before I got to ask if someone cancels their appointment if they could pencil me in, she hangs up on me! Talk about rude! I clearly was about to ask another question so why hang up on me! I will not be going here. Ever!

unfortunately, i wasted my time by choosing this center. I had an appointment to see the Chiro (Dr. Jason Shumard) but the receptionist kept me waiting for more than an hour and finally asked me to reschedule my appointment because Dr was busy doing something else!
they obviously do not care about customer’s time and i would not recommend it to anybody.
while i was setting up the appointment, I was told that I can’t cancel my appointment in 24 hrs before my appointment, and they won’t call you if the Dr can’t see you!
