I have tried other companies prior to using reputation impression who claimed they were doing all this SEO work and saying they were helping my rankings but never provided any proof or was able to show me the work they have done for my business. I have an account rep who updates me constantly and really cares about the success of my business and my concerns.
I work with business owners on a daily basis and always recommend them if they’re having trouble with reviews, rankings on google or anything to do with the internet and their business. They’ve really opened my eyes to how important it is to look good online and how much of a return it can bring you.

Today I received a phone call from a representative from this company. She called to apologize for the way their employee handled the call. They have talked with the employee. She found out who I was by spending her weekend listening to all the calls made on the 23^rd until she found one that matched my description. A company who would do that must care for their customers opinions of them.

Reputation Impression has some of the best business practices that I have seen in a long time. Upon first contact, I was greeted with a kind salesperson who was not pushy at all. She was very informative and efficient. When I signed us up, the team went right to work and began improving the company’s online profile. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it worked and my boss was ecstatic with the results. Their work was so fantastic that I actually received a small bonus — so I appreciated it VERY much!!!
The few times that I called in with questions, I was treated as if I was a VIP client each time. The reps would work with me until I was completely satisfied and I felt well informed on what was transpiring with our account.
Overall, Reputation Impression is a great company and they deliver excellent results. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with online reputation management.
