Come here instead of the big name stores that have you waiting around until someone decides to help you! I was in and out in less than five minutes and it was super cheap – I found my new favorite locksmith.

EXCEPTIONAL Service and at an amazingly fair price!
Dax just left my home. Door Lock re-​keyed; new keys made. All within about 30 minutes.
I called this morning … they accommodated my desire to have an ASAP appointment (Securiy Issue). Dax was very pleasant, very experienced and very fair.
Price was precisely what was quoted … and to have this work done for less than $ 75 was an absolute bargain! And a Great Job as well.
Could not be more delighted. My home is safe, i did not have to spend more than the appointment time + 45 minutes, and price was exceptionally fair!

Rarely does someone go out of their way to be helpful to a voice at the other end of the phone. This company came through when I was locked out of my house. They had a full schedule of customers already by the time I called, but still took the time to get to my house and get the lock open. I can’t say enough good things about them.

My door lock was old and decrepit and I was having a hard time unlocking and locking it. Read about Redfield’s and called them out. Their service was prompt, professional and the charge was reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved! No, they’re not cheap, but they charge a fair price. I’ll call on them again if necessary. Very pleased with the response and work.

I have used Redfield’s Lock & Key over the past 8 years. Having several commercial buildings, I’m always requiring new locks and fast service. Dax is very knowledgeable about what will pass code and what doesn’t. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very reliable. I had an emergency one evening and couldn’t leave one of my units and Dax was there within ½ hr! Love these guys and won’t go anywhere else.
Thanks for going above and beyond. It’s nice to see that customer service still exists.

It took over a week to obtain a quote from Redfield’s. Once I finally got it– I called and Larry re-​quoted it, but this time at $ 400 more than the original quote!
He was very rude and unhelpful– laughing at a customer. wow! Worst customer service!

They have really cool keys to pick from and I think that they are around $ 3.50.
The guys there are super friendly. FYI — metered parking so bring change and also bring cash. If your total is not $ 10 or more you cant pay with card.

Excellent service. Prompt and efficient. I would not consider them pricey, although they are not cheap. However you do get what you pay for and they are worth it whether it comes to copying keys or replacing locks/​cylinders. I cannot count the number of times I have had to return keys to be remade, as they did not work, to these corner locksmith places or places such as Lowes or Home Depot (I can say their names, right?) :-)

I had a break-​in at my house and needed the locks changed ASAP, i called these guys and I spoke with a man named Andy, he was so friendly and helpful, he assured me that someone would be out immediately, another man came out not even 20 minutes later (I live in the PB area) he also was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was in and out in another 15 minutes and was really reasonably priced. My locks work great and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I will for sure use these guys again and recommend!!! YIPEE Redfields lock and key!
