RAKITORI Grand Opening on Oct. 24th (Sat)!

RAKITORI srands for a simple combination of Ramen and Yakitori which Owner Chef John wants to be specialized in Japanese Cuisine. Our Ramen stocks are simmering more than 8 – 10 hours individually and combined together, then simmering one more time.

One key point is we don’t have a deep fryer. So, all of our food are boiled, steamed, grilled, baked and sauteed.

We are comitted to provide healthy and natural food and delightful dining experience to our customer.

History

Established in 2015.

Chef John Kook (Owner) has a wonderful natural flare making Ramen bowls and Yakitori with the highest level of ingredients. Chef John has an extensive background in the Asian Culinary scene dating back to 2006. He decided to open his first restaurant in 2015.

Matthew L.

Manager

General Manager Matthew Lowe, has an extensive background in the restaurant industry dating back to 1994 where he started as a line cook at McDonald’s. He specializes in opening and successfully managing new restaurants striving on wonderful customer service and great food choices.
