I really wanted to like this place, I been here before and got great service, however this past weekend was the worst, I normally get a lady named kim I believe and just does well, but this time a got this lady and I wish I knew her name, she was thew worst, she was just rude, no smile no hello, all she did was use her finger to point me to sit, go over there, wow she gave me the foot massage and she couldn’t even look at me as she was disgusted to be there, just rude rude rude

Another amazing day at the salon! I had the full treatment manicure, pedicure and wax. I was a little nervous to see what my nails would look like after having acrylics for a couple weeks but NI took great care of me my nails looked amazing! I did the #158 purple of the gel palette and a bright red regular color on my toes I LOVE them!

This is going to be my new go-​to nail salon. It’s a small place, but early on a Thursday morning I was able to walk right in. Friendly and extremely affordable compared to other San Diego salons, $ 17 for a pedi!

I actually love this place. So the fact that I’m leaving a 3 star review says something. I’ve been coming here for about 7 months now. My nails always last and typically I get fairly good service. But I gave it 3 stars because they need to do better at booking appointments. I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning the night before. I arrived on Saturday afternoon and was told to come back 2 HOURS later because they were «busy.» I drove a good ways to get there so there was no way I was going to leave the area and come back. So I sat down and waited. A group of women came in and were taken immediately. Hmm that’s funny I actually had an appointment and had to wait! Then another group of women came in and were told to come back in an hour. Funny, I’ve been waiting here for 2 and I’m one person. Long story short, do better with your regulars and booking appointments and sticking to them. Otherwise you’ll lose a customer.

My first time coming here & I love it! Great service! I was a walk-​in with my boyfriend, they were working on two other people, but they took us within five minutes of being there! The ladies are so sweet too! Definitely recommend this place! I am gonna be a loyal customer to them. They’re amazing! They know what they’re doing

These ladies do a wonderful job and are very pleasant. I would suggest calling ahead, as they are popular and you could be waiting anywhere from 20 – 30 to get a chair, but in my opinion they are worth it. Also, can beat $ 17.00 for a spa pedicure. This is my new go to nail salon!

It was my first time at QD Nails & Spa, and I’m going to be loyal client. They did an amazing job, I have been to many different nail shops and QD Nails & Spa is by far my favorite new spot. They were so gentle on my nails and they took their time, you can tell that they’re very passionate about what they do.
The whole staff was so friendly and sweet, I loved the fact everyone engaged with each other. They make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I’ll be definitely coming back! QD Nails & Spa is going to be my nail shop from here on out! Thank you so much!

This place, under current ownership is by far the best nail salon in the neighborhood. Consistently the best I’ve ever been to. The massages are very good, nails are done to perfection. Super high standards. Seems like people are discovering this, however, as the wait has been longer recently. Totally worth it. Don’t go elsewhere.

Found this place on my way home and I’m so glad I did! I love the way my nails look and feel. The nail technician took their time and didn’t rush even though there were people waiting. Best nail place in North park with reasonable prices! Gel is $ 20 and basic pedicure is $ 17

QD did an excellent job on my daughter’s first ever manicure (she is almost 6). The manicurist was nice, did a very good job, and was quick.
I had a set of white tips, and a regular spa manicure. Both cosmeticians paid close attention to detail, were gentle, and my fingers and toes look good.
I will be coming back.

Found this place because my nail technician, Ni, moved to join the family business this week. I walked in and it was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The prices are very reasonable and the work was great. I have been with Ni for about 3 years and of course I would follow her where she goes. If you need a great mani/​pedi please come and and ask for Ni or Lina. Both are very good.

I went here because of the success reviews listed… Unfortunately, I regret my decision. The nail technicians were very nice, however the one whom completed my manicure was sloppy and a bit too pushy for even the usual nail salons. According to her, my choice to avoid flower illustrations were «boring,» and upon checkout she had the audacity to ask where my money was so she could remove it from my purse personally. They don’t tell you to pay cash up front and complain if you request to pay by card, but tip in cash. Hopefully, I just caught this behavior on an «off day» but i will not be back.

Let me say… this place was awesome! I’m in from out of town was staying nearby and stopped in after a lot of Unilocal research. Great life choice.
Everyone was very nice. Place was clean and they have great massage chassis to enjoy. I got a spa pedicure and my girl was so thorough. I got the callous removal for 25 and it was well worth it. My feet feel great and she took her time. Lots of scrub massage and lotion massage on my calves as well.
Overall it was a great and relaxing hour! Thank you and if I’m back in torn I’ll head here again!
