We have delivery and on site chef options available. Our delivery catering menu is a great way to get healthy and delicious food delivered to you. We are able to accommadate buffet style catering or individually packaged items.

Our on site chef catering option is great for weddings, corporate events, and elaborate and elegant house parties of all occasions. The chef will come to you, and set up a sushi bar at your home or event (sushi display case will be present). Each on site package includes all you can eat sushi and other foods, server (s), chef (s), set up, clean up, chopsticks, napkins, soy sauce, and plates. The chef will be available for any special request as well.

We also have combination plates available for large events such as weddings or corporate events. This style of catering is very uniform, and includes a well balanced healthy meal everyone will enjoy.

History

Established in 2014.

Chef Kris Andrews had been a sushi chef in San Diego and up and down the west coast for over 12 years now. He was originally trained by a great sushi chef named Douglas Powell. This teacher was amazing in both traditional style sushi, and more up to date fusion and flashy styles. From this much appreciated experience, and many years of hard work, Chef Kris has decided to begin a high quality sushi catering business here in San Diego. With deep passion and great skill in the art of sushi; you can rest assured he will deliver the best!

Chef Kris has been making sushi for over 12 years now. He has trained in fine dining restaurants up and down the west coast. From Seattle to San Diego, he has worked and trained with traditional style and modern fusion cuisines.
