Came into this place and was immediately greeted by Chris. There was an incense burning but it was way too much for my asthma. Chris noticed me being uncomfortable and put it out for me. He assisted with helping me to find a juice that I liked. I purchased a few and we chatted for a bit. Chris was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his customer service skills. I was a bit confused as to the business card he gave me VS what the shops name and signage.

This place is great. Best service I have ever gotten at a smoke shop. My husband and I get our hookah tobacco and coals from here everytime. The guys always remember us and are super nice, fun and helpful. We also bought our hookah from them which we love, it’s one of those twiston ones. We also got a washable hose with a glass piece on it that we stick in the freezer for an extra smooth smoking session. They even take requests on the tobacco if you want a specific flavor that they don’t regularly carry.

I don’t smoke but I have stopped here several times to buy cigarettes for My wife’s brother. I took him there twice to get what he uses. The next time I went in without him, The guy behind the counter remembered us and gave me what I needed for Bro in Law. The last time I went in, They had what I usually buy sitting on the counter waiting for me. That’s GOOD service in this day and age. To end this review, I don’t recommend smoking, but if you must, these guys are really great.
