Primary Kneads offers countless massage specialties ranging from luxurious Swedish and sports/​injury recovery to Eastern methods like acupressure and Table Thai, along with acupuncture, pain and stress management therapies, detoxifying and weight-​melting body wraps, anti-​aging skin treatments, and relaxing facials to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.

Established in 2013.

Primary Kneads has had a short but very successful 4 year run in San Diego for all massage therapy services as well as expert nutritional and weight management programs to help you reach and maintain your health goals. As of September 2/​13, Primary Kneads has opened their first store front that now offers even more services including acupuncture, facials, scrubs, waxing, permanent make-​up, eyelash extensions, detox wraps and more.
