I have been going to Rosaria at Picasso’s for the last 8 years. She is awesome and does an amazing job with all my different colors and cuts. She is sweet, super personable and really cares about making sure you get exactly what you want. Her cute shop is very cozy and quiet. I look forward to my appointments and always feel pampered. She never rushes or hurries an appointment and takes the time needed. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Rosaria for all you do!

I’ve been going to Rosaria for many years. She cares about her clients. She
will make it happen if possible.
Her shop is nice and small which is great for privacy. It’s quiet and you don’t have to share your space with anyone. Definitely make your appts in advance. This is not a walk-​in place.

I have been going to Rosaria for many years, always love her work, her personable and professional attitude, and her ability to tame my curly mane and add beautiful color and texture. I moved to the east coast and haven’t found another who can cut & color/​highlight or smooth my hair the way she can. I miss her and her amazing cuts/​color/​highlights/​­low-​lights. My hair hasn’t been the same since I moved away. If you’re in San Diego & looking for a great stylist who KNOWS color and style at a reasonable price, in a clean and comfy atmosphere, and if you want to LOVE your hair again, I highly recommend Picasso’s!

Rosaria is an absolute doll!
She is fast, efficient, and very personable. She does wonderful color and cuts. Her shop is clean and well decorated. She’s very open and flexible with very reasonable prices. I moved away and still make the drive to go see her, as I haven’t found someone that can even compare and have had some awful experiences. She genuinely cares about her job and loves what she does.
Located right by the trolley station in Old Town, private (free) parking in the back.
