I’m happy to say I finally found an awesome groomer! Cesar is wonderful and pup came back looking so adorable. I’ve gone to three different groomers in the area and I wont be going anywhere else.

Good experience. Took about 3 hours so I dropped my pup off and came back. They paid attention to my preferences.

I have been to Pet Palace several times and have always been thoroughly impressed. The staff are all very sweet, kind and talented! I have a very old, skittish 17 year old dog and they always take great care of him. Thank you for always doing such a great job with Champ!

My two Miniature Schnauzers went to Pet Palace for the first time yesterday. Cesar and his crew were wonderful. Not only did they groom them beautifully, but my normally nervous dog emerged joyous! What a find. Just moved to North Park and now we have a great groomer only a few short blocks away!

I love Pet Palace. They are so friendly, and they take excellent care of my sweet dog Smokey. He always looks like a rock star when he’s done. I highly recommend them! And their prices are reasonable.

Not sure why it’s taken me so long to write this review! We moved to north park two years ago and have used Pet Palace every single time. They do such a great job with our two little maltipoo puppies. I die every time i pick them up. Not sure what sorcery they use to get them so damn fluffy. If i only knew their secret…

They’re really reasonably priced compared to Petco and other places. The staff was super friendly and great with my dog — who can be a little nervous, shaky, and high strung with new people/​places. The only service I wish they could add is nail filing. They trim the nails but it would be nice if they filed them so my dog wouldn’t scratch me with his love.

This place is amazing! I took my 2 year old blind cat in and they took such good care of him. I was nervous to have him groomed because he has never been before, but the second I handed him over, I knew he would be fine. The people who work here are extremely friendly and love animals. They were able to wash and cut his hair as well as clean his ears and clip his nails for only $ 50. My cat loves his new summer haircut! I will definitely be back.

I brought my dog here over the weekend to get groomed. He is normally a very active, friendly dog. Since I brought him home from Pet Palace he has been hiding under the bed and also when I make him come out he is running weird and suddenly sitting down. Also, when he sits up he has his legs open and his P**** is sticking out. Not typical. I thought maybe they accidentally cut it…, But I could not see anything. So this morning when I woke up, he was lying on his back and I could clearly see what the problem was. My dog is fixed but where his scrotum used to be it is completely raw and red and razor burned and almost bleeding and his backside is completely razor burned. My dog is miserable and this is unacceptable.
I read online that razor burn is caused from the metal blade of the clipper being very very hot. They should be checking the blades on their wrist once in a while and if they are hot they should be swapping blades or using Clipper Cool.
I will NOT be bringing my dog back.

Gave a great lion’s cut to my 13-​year-​old long-​haired cat. A close trim with no apparent nicks, sliced whiskers, etc. Really wonderful job — thanks!

I was outraged. We took our long haired (no longer) cat Fred here to be groomed. He gets mats that need to be combed out. Our regular groomer changed hands so we thought we’d try this place since it is closer to our house. When we picked Fred up he had been completely shaved!!! He is traumatized and our dog didn’t even recognize him. It’s so terribly sad how Fred is moping around the house without his beautiful fur coat.

I just moved to the area and took my pup to this groomer after finding them online. Wow! They really did an awesome job! Not only did they do a great job, they were SO incredibly friendly! They were super quick. And the best part is that they sent me a Thank You note in the mail after our first visit! Adorable!

I brought my 8 month old puppy in for her first grooming since I adopted her. She’s very nervous around new people and takes a long time to warm up to them. Cesar was able to give her a great cut even with her nerves. She’s just as adorable as ever. Looks like I’ve found Penny’s groomer!

I can’t give 5 stars because my dogs had some straggler hairs. Not just a single hair or two, but a few decent clumps especially on their lower bellies. However I would definitely come back! For $ 40 each (I have 2 small dogs) I will gladly cut the stragglers myself. Great price and great experience, and my dogs don’t seem too traumatized or anything. The dogs look adorable by the way. :)

Pet Palace is, absolutely amazing. I have taken my furry baby to quite a few groomers in this finist city.
I like the fact the I could come back in an hour and a half as, opposed to all day at other groomers.
Sheriff looked adorably and happy.
So was mummy as I had, a chance to relax and have a beer whist waiting :-)

I found a stray dog on my porch this morning. He was very sweet, but matted fur with sticks and other things tangled up (around eyes and rear).
Pet Palace was the only place nearby that was open that early (8am) and I took him in before work.
They did an AMAZING job!!! See the before and after pics (small white dog w/​red and white striped bandanna).
He was happy and running around my house when I brought him back!
I honestly can’t thank Pet Palace enough. They made his day!

We had a great experience here! My dog looks great and he was very happy with his haircut. We paid $ 40 for my 19lb bichon/​terrier mix to get a full grooming with cut. This is a very clean store with a great selection. I was pleased to find that they carry Wellness brand (only the grain free line), since I haven’t seen it at the other local shops.

Love this place! I bring my dog Max for grooming and the guys always do an awesome job!!!

Ever since the first time I brought my dog (Snickers) here, I haven’t gone to any other groomer. It was her first birthday. When I picked her up, she looked so fresh and so clean clean. ;-) She even had a pretty little bandana on. Oh AND gave her some goodies for her birthday! I thought that was amazing! Then a few days later, I got a card in the mail thanking me for bringing her in and they said they hoped I was pleased with their service. What a nice touch!
I just brought Snickers here yesterday. I was able to bring her in on such short notice. Her fur was going a little crazy so I had to get rid of most of it (it’s waaaay too hot for all that fur on my baby girl) and her nails were super long. I’d also like to add that as we were walking there, she had a little accident (not number 1; I’ll spare you the details). I felt a little embarrassed, but they were cool about it.
Pet Palace has amazing customer service, prices are better than other places I’ve researched and they do excellent work!

The fellas at Pet Palace do a fantastic job grooming my fluffy feline. They always treat her very well and she comes out looking and smelling great. I tried shaving and bathing her once, which was probably just as traumatic for me as for my cat. I’m so grateful they do such a great job. Her summer cut is adorable. Love the poof at the end of her tail.
