DOC!!! Been with this hobbit chiropractor for 8 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed watching him progress professionally as a service provider, facilitator and mentor. I call him Doc but feel more like his Aunti-​watching him grow in knowledge and pursuit of the next level of care. Raising his service standard raises the bar for the chiropractic community. He’s helped me through some tough physical challenges along with every day tuneup adjustments.
I prefer integrative medicine, weaving Western & Oriental medicines with chiropractic, massage therapy and acupuncture. Doc listens and that strengthens me in my resolve to put pressure on my primary care practitioners to look a little further. For example knee pain which was diagnosed as early arthritis — insistence on MRI revealed torn meniscus. He worked with me on strengthening exercises for pre and post arthroscopic surgery and was back on court in 5 weeks pain free. Doc Rocks!!!

I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years but Dr Welsh is definitely the best! He is very specific to your individual chiropractic needs and takes the time to be sure to adjust only your specific subluxation! He has many different techniques and approaches and has a very personalized and gentle touch. His diagnostic skills are spot on as well! I’ve been very happy with his care and would highly recommend him!

Dr J and staff are super cool. Can’t say it enough. My massage therapist Lindsey was hilarious and made my visit sugar free gummi bear and yoga mat good. First time getting a massage and won’t be my last. The doc explained everything and made me real comfortable with the different methods that can be used to be adjusted. Walked out of there wondering why it took me so long to do that. Can’t wait to go again.

I was terrified to go to a chiropractor’s office but my pain was pretty bad and I knew I needed help. Dr. Welsh was recommended by multiple people at my gym. And he has since been fixed my hamstring problem! Now I’m visiting him for another sports injury and I can already tell the painful sensation has subsided after one visit. He’s a treat to work with!

Dr. Jarrett Welsh is an amazing chiropractor! I like to work hard and play hard and he helps keep me pain-​free so I can press on. He is highly accomplished and really knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend trying him out!

Went to Dr J after having seen 2 previous chiropractors and physical therapists for my lower back issues, neither of which worked. I was told by those other «professionals» that I just needed to get used to seeing a chiropractor forever due to my active lifestyle and bad back. Nobody could tell me what was actually wrong with my back but we’re happy to crack it and just keep me coming back week after week.
Dr J actually got to know my back issues, explained to me what causes them, gave me preventative measures to avoid injury and used both chiropractic and ART (advanced release technique) to get me back to my fit and healthy lifestyle within a few weeks.
I highly recommend him and his team and will continue to go to Peak Performance to see Dr J if my back gets thrown out of whack again.

i love this place. Dr Welsh has helped me through several injuries with tons of knowledge and expertise. He is a Diplomate so he know everything and great at explaining things. A chiropractor that spends more than 5 minutes on whatever is needed. who knew. Very reasonable price and you can tell the healing is more important than the dollar.

After having my first baby I saw Dr J to help with pelvic pain. My own ob/​gyn was unable to assist with the pain and discomfort but Dr J was able to get everything back aligned and now I am able to do my regular activities with minimal difficulty. He has great bedside manner and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Welsh is very knowledgable about his practice. He asked me about my pain tolerance and worked on my neck/​back accordingly. He’s very patient, and funny and I will definitely be going back to him in the future!

This office as a whole is absolutely amazing. From the initial time you walk in until you leave they make you feel very welcome. Dr. Welsh is a very knowledgeable and friendly.
Jennifer, the massage therapist, is AMAZING. She focuses on exactly what you want to be worked on with precision.

Where do I start… As doctor recommendations normally begin, I was recommended to Dr. J by my girlfriend after I had injured my back. Let me also preface by saying I am not a fan of going to any type of doctor period, but seeing that I could barely walk I was game for trying anything. Little did I know that my sports performance life and overall health would be changed forever.
Dr. J; in my opinion, combines the best of both worlds for anyone who desires to keep their body in lasting good shape. Within the walls of Peak Performance Sports & Spine Center he performs both chiropractic care and physical therapy. This allows him to diagnose and treat just about any sports related injury plus any type of general ache or pain.
To date, he has treated and corrected any and all shoulder, back, hip flexor, and foot problems that I have presented him with. I religiously visit him weekly for maintenance whether I am in pain or not. This allows my body to be less susceptible to injury and plainly makes me feel much better on a daily basis.
On another note, he understands that you cannot stop all of your daily activities to correct an injury. Being an athlete you nor I will never receive the «just don’t do anything until you feel better» speech. Dr. J will explain what are some dos and don’ts while healing allowing you to stay as active as possible. Keep in mind that consistency in bodily maintenance is key to getting better (see Dr. J weekly!).
Whether you are a weekend warrior, world-​class athlete, someone w/​an active lifestyle looking to stay healtly, or just wanting to get rid of a few lasting aches & pains I highly recommend scheduling your fist appointment TODAY. O, and did I mention he takes many different insurances and/​or has EXTREMELY great rates, but in the end can you really put a price tag on your health?
Dr. J has truly changed my health and the way I view my body. Trust me when I say that a visit here will make you a healthier and happier person!

I really like this place. Dr. Welsh has a great bed side manner and is in no way condescending like many other doctors. You can ask him all kinds of questions in regards to chiropractic treatment. He usually has an answer but if he doesn’t he’ll let you know instead of feeding you a bunch of BS. I can tell that he puts a great deal of time and effort into each session. I feel a whole lot better after becoming a patient here, and to top it off this guy can literally fix almost anything, his talents stretch far beyond the run of the mill back adjustment. I would recommend him to my friends and family for sure.

Dr. Welsh and his team are EXCELLENT!!! I’ve been seeing Peak Performance since June of this year and after many years of shoulder pain and discomfort, I have found relief. Through Dr. Welsh’s treatment and care I’ve been pain free. I continue to get treatments for maintenance and at $ 89.00 a month for unlimited visits it’s a GREAT bargain. I have recommended him to family members and friends and to others seeking relief from pain.

I am very fortunate to have stumbled upon Peak Performance Chiropractic. I have previously been to eight different chiropractors over the years. So I have enough experience to differentiate chiropractors based on results. One was good. Most were okay. And a few bad ones. I can honestly say that Dr. Welsch and Dr. Joe are the best chiropractors that I have been to. Not only do they address structure in terms of adjustments but they do muscle work. Stretching, heating, excersizing, TENS, ultrasound. They know what they are doing. I’m even given specific excersizes and stretches to do at home. This is real PATIENT-​based healthcare. My body feels it. I haven’t been this flexible in years. And I appreciate it. I am very fortunate.
