Business Owner

My dad was an emergency room doctor who always made me feel so safe and taken care of. I started college as a pre-​med major, thinking I’d follow in his footsteps. That was the case until I was hit by a Ford F-​150 that ran a red light; all my plans changed.

The medical doctors told me I’d need hip and knee surgery. The idea of all these pins and hardware in me was unsettling. My roommate at the time was a dancer for Madonna and Pink. She kept a chiropractor on call to keep herself in the best physical shape, and arranged for me to see him.

«The chiropractor I went to see did functional neurology and orthopedics. After two months of chiropractic care, functional kinesiology exercises and nutrition, I was amazed by the progress of my healing!

Dr. Britton is currently studying for his master’s in neuroscience to become a functional neurologist through the Carrick Institute. He has already completed over 500 post graduate hours in neuroscience, and 200 hours in Applied Kinesiology.

Dr. R’Kione is amazing! Not only does he know a ton about chiropractic and how your body is supposed to function and function at its best but he has the best personality and energy. Trust me if you go you will see what I’m saying. I have had an issue with my rotator cuff that I’ve been neglecting and after one adjustment and some laser therapy it was feeling not as achy and gave me more motion. If you are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, know what they are doing and also great to be around go see him now!

Dr. Britton is a super smart and extraordinary doctor. He specializes in the nervous system and knows how to help heal nerve damage. I’ve been to dozens of chiropractors and haven’t met anyone who knows how to do what he does.
I had some problems with my jaw and ankle and he made some adjustments that helped make them right again. I highly recommend having him on your team! Especially if you are an athlete or someone who really cares about your body!

DR. BRITTON SAVED MY LIFE!
One year ago, I woke up with the most excruciating abdominal pain of my life! I went to the ER, screaming in pain. But instead of doing proper tests to find out what was happening to me, the professionals at the ER put me on three kinds of painkillers and sent me home. A few days later, since the pain kept coming back, I saw a gastroenterologist, and even she didn’t do enough examinations to find the root of my problem. In fact, when I pointed at an inflamed area in my abdomen, she said it wasn’t her concern… At this point, the only person who I could trust, was Dr. Britton. Because he had never let me down before, and I knew that he cares enough to help me get rid of that horrible pain. He told me that if I’m going through so much pain, the most important thing is to perform proper imaging of my internal organs. As always he took action right away and ordered my expedited CT-​scan. He also told me that by the time I got my scan, I could temporarily relieve my pain by using ice and massaging the muscles around the pain area. And next thing I knew, HE SAVED MY LIFE! That same night, he called me and said that according to the findings based on my CT-​scan, there was a large abscess in my abdominal cavity, as a result of a ruptured appendix. I rushed to the ER again and this time took care of the matter.
Had I trusted the so called specialists, I would have popped strong painkillers every day and let that deadly condition take my life! But, thank God, I had Dr. Britton! Later my surgeon told me that I had been really lucky to find out about the abscess right on time. And that the fact that I had iced my pain area, had helped my body fight the inflammation better. Most importantly, my regular adjustments from Dr. Britton had helped me develop a very strong immune system; one that fought and helped me survive a condition that usually causes people their lives! I will always be grateful to Dr. Britton and will trust him with my health forever!

Truly as good as it gets! Have you ever had one of those headaches where it hurts to move? I had one of those the first time I went to see Dr Britton after a car accident. His treatment had me pain free within the hour. And, even better than that, I STAYED pain-​free!
