first time walking in to this store, we had seen a TV commercial and thought we would check it out. When we walked in the staff was grouped standing by what I think is their register, unpleasantly greeted and continued on with their no work related conversation. After several minutes of looking around and making a comment about no one assisting one of them finally offered assistance. Handed us what we needed and went back to his group conversation, we were the only ones in the shop.

This a terrible place to shop unless you can find exactly what you need and walk out never to return. The customer service is spotty.
I came in and the staff was not very welcoming and seemed to grudgingly welcome me. I wear a size 13 and sometimes need a 14 to be comfortable.
Most of the styles I liked were not in my size, but I did find a shoe I liked for $ 80. Kinda expensive, but I bought it. It’s hard to find my size.
1 hour later I found the same shoe in Ross for $ 49. I can’t believe it!
I return in a couple days to return the shoe and they promptly refuse it. «We only do store credit and exchanges»
To be fair, they do have a small sign that says this, but you would think if I never took them out of the box it wouldn’t be a problem.
I had to waste my credit in their store with their not so friendly staff and I vowed to never return. EVER!
I know my Visa credit card service would not have tolerated this kinda silliness and given me my money back with no delay, but I will respect their tiny sign and just never shop there again.
Terrible experience. :-(

So I found my self in the plight of being shoeless right before a boat party. I went to Las Americas outlets in order to buy said shoes but lo and behold, thanks to the originality and uniqueness of my size 11.5−13 feet (depending on shoes style) I was unable to find any shoes anywhere.
So I walked in here as a last hope. I asked them to see some beautiful brown shoes and did they have t hem in my size?
If you answer no, then you my friend are a pessimist and you need to get a little sumpin sumpin soon.
If you answer yes, then that means that you’re in the group that didn’t answer no and you would be correct.
THEY HAD THEM ON MY SIZE WOOOOOOO! not only that, they fit very well and looked Pee Eye Em Pee.
I went to pay and expected to pay a good 80 – 100 for them, but much to my surprise they were only $ 39.99 and I also found a matching belt for $ 9. Yes you read that right. NINE BUCKS!!!
I went to boat party and conquered. Fun times were had by all. Thank you Paolo Giardini.
