Oakley Vault

Been there twice with three different associates. All were very friendly. Customer service was very well. All knew about current product. Didn’t know much about older product, but all associates were pretty young.

Just scored a nice Oakley hat that will fit my big old head. Hats are tough to come by and picked up a nice little gem for $ 10. The sunglasses in the store still gives a jolting sticker shock, but still cheaper anywhere else.
Not just glasses but clothing and luggage in there too.

I love Oakley shades. Came here about two or three times cuz I couldn’t decide which ones I wanted. I was tended to by various employees which was nice to see that they were actually providing customer service. When I finally made my selection, all they had was the floor model, but unfortunately were scratched. It wasn’t until then, and about 45 minutes later, that I was told they were offering 30% off any item. Wait, what? You mean to tell me that the 3 or 4 other associates could have told me that, and didnt? So while I was struggling to decide, my decision could have been a lot easier had I known that to begin with. Well then, oakley crosshair’s it is and they are sweeet.

When it comes to sunglasses I love my Oakley’s. It’s one of the few times I that I exercise «brand loyalty». It’s just because I’m never disappointed and they are one of the few companies that still offer several sleek sunglasses that aren’t all gaudy, «lifestyle» glasses that give your face the appearance of a dragonfly. So when I needed to grab a pair of polarized replacement lenses for my discontinued «Juliets», luckily The Vault had a pair left when nobody else did.
I called up and they placed the lenses on hold for me. When I finally arrived, I was pretty impressed by all clothing, sunglasses and accessories they had available at the store. However, it is Oakley and they aren’t a «bargain» brand but with that said, the pricing was on par with the online Vault store and in some cases better selection and pricing on a couple items. Everything was clean and well organized/​presented. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well. It was a pleasant shopping experience overall.
Anyway, I picked up my lenses and headed out. Hindsight being ²⁰⁄₂₀ I should have grabbed a couple of shirts but if I feel like making the drive again soon, there’s always next time.

What can I say. I walked in and paid $ 15 dollars for a regularly priced $ 35 shirt. This is great store with low prices located inside one of the best outlet shopping centers in California.
