Pacific Paradise specializes in beautifully maintaining over 300 pools and spas. We have done so for 9 years and also have a retail store location in North Pacific Beach at 4937 Cass Street.

History

Established in 2003.

I started my business with 30 pool and spas in 2003, working out of my garage. Hard work has paid off and I now have 300 pool and spas, a retail store, and 9 of the most awesome employees!

Born and raised on the Jersey shore. Degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Relocated to LA in 1984 and then down to beautiful San Diego 16 years ago. Married and have a 14 year old son.

I think Brian, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tara, one of his wonderful employees, who also thinks her boss is a great guy. Brian is all about customer service and getting the job done right. He cares about his staff and runs an honest business. I’m shocked that anyone would give this company less than 5 stars. One example, Brian suggested some options for our spa which will save us hundreds of dollars and even offered to come by our house and install a new filter. I can tell you he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met and I haven’t experienced this kind of customer service since I lived in Canada. Impressive!

I used them for almost two years. They never had the pool balanced correctly in terms of chemistry. I finally gave up and switched to another pool service.

I agree with the other one star review — however my pool has been serviced by this company for years. They cost both me and my landlord money all the time with their errors and then litrally lie about the mistakes. The landlord isn’t here to see them make costly the mistakes to my electric to and to her water bill. I just got a call from the owner yelling at me for informing his staff to NOT leave my pool water on after they service the pool. I have water all over the yard thanks to them. My yard would have flooded if a friend hadn’t dropped by my house today while I was at work.

After moving into my new home I needed to find a pool and spa company to service and make any repairs to my pool and spa jacuzzi. I was referred to Pacific Paradise Pools and Spas; I contacted the owner, Brian Costelloe, who came out to my home. Brian was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. He explained everything to me including his prices, which were very reasonable. Since moving in, I’ve had to make some repairs including replacing the pool motor pump and spa pump. Brian and his team were quick to respond and make these repairs. I cannot say enough about Brian and his team. They are reliable, dependable, trustworthy, professional and do an outstanding job. I would recommend Pacific Paradise Pools and Spa to my family and friends.
