Pacific Machine and Equipment Appraisal, LLC is a recognized commercial and industrial valuation resource. We’re staffed by Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (CMEA) to provide owners and stakeholders with authoritative, independent opinions of value, collateral verification and inspection services.

We also provide business valuations and capital asset sale brokerage services.

With our main office is San Diego, we have local officers in Los Angeles, Riverside Irvine, Phoenix and Houston were we serve clients all across southern California, Arizona and Texas. Since we are local, we can immediately arrange interviews and inspections, and will work around your schedule and equipment downtime including nights, weekends and holidays.

Grant is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) and an active member of the of the NEBB Institute. He is a Business Certified Appraiser, and a Senior Business Analysts through the Int’l Society of Business Appraisers and an accredited member of the Institute of Real Estate Management — San Diego Chapter, the National Apartment Association, the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, the La Jolla Chamber of Commerce.
