Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning

We are very pleased with the service. We ordered the basic carpet cleaning service and everything worked out well. Not only did they quickly respond to our request, they also stopped by two weeks in advance to give us a detailed estimate (unlike some other companies who did not reply to us at all).
The work was done quickly and without any hassle. We will definitely get back to Pacific Carpet the next time we need to have our carpets cleaned!

Pacific Carpet is amazing! I have dealt with numerous carpet cleaners in the past and these guys are my go to guys. They do a wonderful job on the carpets and have gotten out stains other carpet cleaners missed. Very professional and they keep in contact about their estimated time of arrival. I highly recommend them! Plus they take pride in their business and the job they perform. Their prices are very reasonable and for the high level of work you can’t beat their prices. I have referred them out to friends and everyone has had rave reviews.

These guys are THE best! I’ve been using them for years and refuse to try anyone else. They’re always extremely thorough with the carpet cleaning, carpet dries in no time and very accommodating. I also appreciate the fact that it’s a smaller, local company, rather give them the business then a huge company that doesn’t have the customer service and quality like Pacific Carpet and Tile.

(Original review… Carpets were cleaned well and he was nice; however, tech showed up an hour late after telling me he would be only 15 minutes late… then charged me more than previously quoted. This is poor business sense and out weighed the cleanliness. Many companies can clean well, be on time, and charge you what you were quoted… will not refer or call again. :/)

Pacific Carpet went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to cleaning our carpets. We have heavy traffic, pets and kids! Brian was on time, kind and listened to my request and concerns. These guys have cleaned my carpet three times and I’ll keep coming back to them! The are professional, fast, and provide a quality service. My carpet and tile always look like new when they have finished. I appreciate that they are prompt and always willing to fit me in when needed. Try these guys out! You won’t be dissappointed!

I do not write many reviews, although the actions of these two young men warrant one for sure.
I have a few rentals and already have a carpet guy. One day, he was very busy and could not assist with the three units that needed a rush cleaning for new tenant move in. I happen to have PC&T’s business card from a networking event and gave them a call to see if they could schedule these units for me. They advised they had a full schedule that day, although they would add my units to the end of their day and assist due to my situation. I received a call from Brian, one of the owners, around 9:30pm that night advising me that the units were complete.
Their ability to fit these units in is not why I am leaving this review. I believe that in today’s business environment, I would expect any new company to take as much business as they can fit into a day. The reason why I am writing this review is due to the quality of work. I have been in this business for some time and I have to admit, this was the best carpet cleaning job i have seen. With such short notice and the amount of time PC&T took to complete, I was expecting more of a spot clean than what finished product they delivered. Two of the tenants questioned if we replaced the carpets. I was amazed and more important, I have three new happy tenants.
In a market that is loaded with carpet cleaners, these young men have found a business plan that will set them apart from their competition; good old fashion quality. I would highly suggest that if you are in the market to try Pacific Carpet & Tile. I would bet that you will be back here writing a review for yourself.
Just FYI, PC&T are my new go to guys.

Pacific Carpet care come by today to clean our upstairs carpets. We had a few pet stains and kid stains on our low shag carpeting. They came in and were very courteous and helpful. They were even extra nice to our dog (pitbull) who seemed to really take to them. Work was done in a very reasonable amount of time and they took the time to move what furniture that could be moved. Once the carpet was done they gave us some pointers on how to keep our carpets clean on a daily basis. They even left us a couple pairs of paper booties so that we don’t step on the damp carpets. At this point the carpets look fantastic. Well done! Price was not cheap but they did do a very thorough job. I would definitely use them again.

Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning is amazing I have to say. They use all green products that are safe for the enviornment and kids :) The business is owner ran so you can count on them for the best quality work always. They are nice and friendly. Brian always goes out of his way to get what we need done. Can’t stress enough how non toxic their products are and the job gets done without all the chemicals. A must when you need your carpets or tiles cleaned. Wouldn’t go else where!

The best two words to describe Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning is PROFESSIONAL and INTEGRITY. I first used their services for my home. Setting an appointmen was easy, and they were flexible around my work schedule. I’m always a bit reluctant when using new service providers, but I was WOWED! Within two weeks I had them back to clean the carpets at my office. Not only did they provide A+ Service and Quality, but I found out that my previous carpet cleaner, a major cleaning company, had been overcharging me!
These guys are the Carpet Cleaners to use. I have referred them to my own family.
