Kept on passing this place near my office and now finally had a chance to step in.
It’s small but seems like they have a good selection. Im new to vaping and had some questions .the girl behind the counter was very polite and patient. She answered all my questions and let me try flavors on the stores clean vapes.

I came here on my break to change my coil on my new tank. I’ve been to orbit vape about 3 times before. They did not have the specific coil for my mod and offered another one. They told me that if it didn’t work, I would still need to pay for liability. I mean I guess… I just want a new coil that will work with my mod. However, the way the girl worker spoke to me came off very rude as if she didn’t care. Customer service was not great. She was extremely snotty. I ended up not getting the coil and leaving before she opened the coil and she gave a very annoyed face and sassy attitude. The area and place is also very trashy and all smokey. I probably won’t be back again due to their customer service. Horrible.

A big juice supply, parking is in a private lot but gets packed because of the dim sum spots. Came in here to check it out, seen this place and saw the reviews. Picked up some juice and a replacement atomizer.

Still my go to vape shop. Nice juices on hand, friendly, helpful staff. Theyve got all sorts of mods on hand too from mechanicals, to boxmods, and 26 650 mechanicals. Wires, drip tips, atomizers, batteries, ohm readers, battery chargers, foosball, coffee, leather reclining couches, build station. The whole shabang!

Great little vape store with a surprising variety of juices for such a small space. This was our first visit and was glad we found it. Upon entering the shop, we found several people at the «bar» vaping and comfortably chatting with the staff. The vibe was very relaxed and welcoming. We sat and were immediately asked what we would like to try. I wanted to try something new but didn’t know what. The gentleman helping us asked several pointed questions and gave me some fantastic juices to sample. I found a new one that I will continue to buy from them (online) when I return home back east. We were encouraged to try as many different juices as we liked and were welcomed to stay as long as we liked. Parking can sometimes be a hassle but where in SD isn’t it? Overall it’s a great shop with friendly staff. Props for giving our military a discount!

), they ship out the same day, send you a receipt, tracking information and an email all by close of business. Ordering from Orbit is nothing like that. I never got a tracking number. Ever. I tried emailing them several times and never received a response. Waited days and emailed again. Nothing. Checked the website. Nothing.

I’m very practical, and to me when it comes to liquids if you have the 70⁄30 ratio I like and a palatable flavor then you are good! So now it comes down to the service and this is why I’m writing a review. I came in looking to get more juice, found it after 2 tastings. I told them what I liked and they found it! [Fruity but not too sweet, lychee & strawberry was it!] Then, I mentioned that my coil is a bit weird, and the guy took a look at it, ended up changing it for me and did a rebuild and did not even charge. Thank you so much! That’s the customer service that’s hard to find at other vape shops. Many thanks, and I will definitely come back for more builds n juice. :)

This place is really chill, went here after going to the sushi go round. Love the ambience and the employees are so helpful. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is vaping for the first time. If you want a good build, I would recommend john.

Sadly I did not like the atmosphere/​vibe this place gave off the prices were a bit more than the place i normally go to but since it was in the neighborhood i’d thought i would try it. I understand this is a vape store but upon entering, boy were there no ventilation what so ever it was so beyond smokey it looked like a cigarette casino. I’m not going to name any one but the person who helped me was kind of snooty. I tried to use my check in offer but they informed me that they don’t use Unilocal services anymore… From what I know you don’t need to pay Unilocal to have them take off your check in offer so maybe you guys should look around in your account and remove it since its false advertisement. Sorry wouldn’t be back because of the prices

Love this place! I was a n00b to mech mods and RDAs and Christina and Laura got me set up with a sweet deal! I’m loving my Stingray and IGOm set up! These girls know their juice bar like the back of their hand. And they’ll add menthol to any flavor for you, which is rad! Seriously recommend this place to anybody who needs vape supplies! Great crew!

Workers here seem nice but the work they do is inadequate. It took them about 30 minutes to even ask me if I needed any help. Once they did I just asked to try a juice and bought it. The juice wasn’t even that good I was just scared it would take them another 30 minutes to help me find another juice to try.
They were really nice though, so I’ll come back another time hopefully they do better.

Steven was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products avaliable. He helped us with the build and the first build was free. I didn’t even check in until after I left and he still honored the 10% discount which was awesome. This was a nice clean shop with a good selection!

If you have any questions about Vaping or juices they can recommend a lot of them & they aren’t afraid to recommend other shops too! That’s the best thing about this place.
Most places want you to stay and just try THEIR juices. But the awesome service here is what I’m sure a lot of them come back for.

I’m the type of consumer that is more inclined to visit a business and come back if the customer service is good, and orbit is on point. Always a familiar face in the shop, as we frequent it 2 or 3 times monthly. All employees know there sh**t and if you don’t know yours they don’t act like pricks and instead get you setup.
You’re bound to find at least one if not more juices you like there, and you can add menthol to any flavor if that’s your thing + military discount!
The products are great but I would suggest going let alone for Orbits staff, they know what’s going on.

They’re pretty bad at rebuilding vapes. When they rebuilt my vape, they had the wires all misaligned, one side having more loops than the other side, and the coils glowed on one side more than the other.
Customer service is lacking, too. When you talk to them, they always sound like they are disinterested in you; want you to buy and get out. Can’t really hold a conversation with the workers there. I’ve been to many vape shops before this and never have I had such a bad experience with customer service.
I must admit they do keep adequate inventory of the mods and atomizers there, but I just think they don’t get that many customers to begin with. Even then, the prices there are double the prices of that you can get on many websites and other shops.

Decent service, but short attention spans on their part. Went in for a new atomizer, and couldn’t really hold a conversation without the person helping me getting distracted by another employee’s request or another customer. It’s really not that hard to listen to a person trying to explain a problem without being distracted.
In addition, the atomizer I bought was a good 15 dollars more expensive than online — same brand of clone, etc. Not too sure if i’ll come back for anything equipment related, maybe juice, but that’s it.
