Noah’s Tire Shop

DO NOT go there, you’ll regret it! I just came from there and had the worse service. I bought some tires and the rotation and balance was due, so I took the car yesterday and they all gave me bad faces right when I arrived – like I was forcing them to do something. I am a paying customer and my receipt clearly states that this is within the tire purchase, so I was merely validating that.
They rotated the tires but did not balance them. I started driving on the freeway and the car began to shake. I took the car back the following day and when I pointed this out, they again gave me a bad face but grudgingly rotated the front tires. Something I notice this time is that the placed reeked of marihuana.
After they were done, I noticed they did not balance the rear tires so I asked two different employees why and, with a bad face again, they said that they only balance the front. The purchase document states rotation and balance is for all of the tires. I called their phone line to inquire about this – see if this was common practice, and the person who answered started to yell at me, telling me off ‘you f##@ came yesterday, and then today again for free service, and you want more? F#$ off’. I was appalled by this. I tried asking for their manager but he hung up. I called again but he hung up. I could not believe it. At one point he said I was imagining things and that only the front tires are balanced, but their document dictates otherwise.
I’m not trying to get anything for free – I paid for the tires and the service is included; as a paying customer I deserve a definite, sound explanation. All the person on the phone did is curse me over and over. My wife tried calling to see if she’d get a different response and it only got worse. I have never encounter such unprofessionalism. DO NOT go there, you’ll regret it.

This place is a must to avoid. The tires busted open and they were not the correct specs. They told me my tires did not need to be balanced when I asked them to do so because it was the rear. This place is a complete hazard to your life and vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cherishes time alive. The staff are not very friendly. Lack customer service and blame the customer for everything. They hold no responsibility for the faulty products they sell. They just clean up a damaged tire and slap it on to a set of wheels. Not considering any other factors besides the money they are making. The price is unreasonable for a tire that last a month and does not hold air at all. Also has tire bubbles or dis formation on the sides of the tires

I am giving 3 – 4 stars because of inconsistency. Bar none, the prices at Noah’s are awesome. The 3 stars kicks in if you need assistance in selecting the correct tires. You really need to know exactly which tires you need and want installed-​otherwise you may get the wrong type for your car. Most of the managers there primarily speak Spanish-​you need to be able to communicate.

One star for customer service. Called for a price quote, I asked for the price of 2 tires and gave the size, the man on the phone told me the price for 4 tires and I repeated I only needed 2. He then repeated the price for 4 and said so 2 is half that price and hung up on me. Even if they are the cheapest I can find I will not bring this car or my other 2 household cars to this place, they clearly don’t want the business.

If you want to buy aftermarket rims, DO NOT COME HERE. I repeat. DO NOT COME HERE. They will give you something that won’t fit and make you wait weeks to get the right stuff. They are very good at stripping the lugs as they did it to my car and then tried to send me with his mom to go buy new studs, wtf? I’m not your fucking employee. Absolutely horrible customer service. Again. DO NOT COME HERE.

This tire shop is the worst in San Diego I recently spent $ 1000 dollars on some big tires for my truck and later that day I heard a clacking sound in the front tire so I checked to see what it was and saw that there was only 3 lug nuts holding the tire and the other 2 broke off so the next day i called the tire shop and spoke to the manager about the situation and i wasn’t even mad i just wanted to get my tire fixed properly because it was not like that before so i spoke with the manager and he right away got an attitude saying that’s my problem they wont fix it and I explained to them that me or my wife could of been driving the truck in the freeway and the tire could have fell off and killed us or someone and and told him they were responsible for making sure my tires and rims are secure as a tire shop safety should be there number 1 priority to the public I don’t know how this place is still in business the way they treat people and lazy work they do it should be safety first so I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and if you do go be really careful they are shady if something goes wrong

Noah’s tires is perfect. They are professional and so friendly. This is my first time. I will be there again in the future!

Spent a lot of money here & it was all a waste. This place is ghetto & they don’t care about their customers at all. I recently purchased extended lug nuts here & as I installed them one of them snapped & broke in half. They pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do about it unless I buy a whole new set. They were very rude & didn’t even try to help me at all. When I first went to buy lug nuts the color I wanted had one of them missing. They apparently don’t sell one by itself when clearly they did to someone else. They do a half ass job on everything & they try to get as much money out of you as they can. They try to bribe their customers to give them a good review just to get the tax taken off of their next purchase. Unprofessional & horrible customer service. Cheap over priced parts. Never coming here again.

I never see or experience any place like this before in my life. Everybody work there look like an X murders. They r extremely rude, mean. The nasty guy in the office especially, he was very upset cause I asked for the receive that I paid cash for.

Noah’s has come a lone way with there attitude… They have good prices good Service and now they have a good attitude as well
I came here few time with deferent cars and I see the attitude has changed, Luis, one of the owners, I get along with him and he smiles ones in a while ‚

At first this place was good. Open late, super fast service, good deals on tires.
Here’s why I gave my two stars: My last two visits here the guys changing the tires had horrible rude service. Talking about the customers in front of them. One visit they didn’t put my air caps back. I had nice aftermarket ones. So they gave me crappy ones when I came back. Then third (And will be my last) One guy forgot to put one of my lug nuts back and I had to use a spare I had. Then when I came back they couldn’t find my OEM one. So yes the deals are good and service is fast but maybe that’s why they give crappy service. The sales guy is ok.

I do already have another review but notice I have an updated it from my second visit. I still love this place because I got into a car accident and totally destroyed my beautiful white deep dish rims. So I went back and Angel helped me out a lot! As much as I loved my white rims I decided to get black rims instead because they are a less of a pain to clean. Honestly I don’t understand why people give this place a bad rap, some people really need to stop judging the workers there cause they are really nice. Me and my bf both think they are good priced and pretty fast even if its a little busy there. I will be back cause I now have a different car and the pervious owner destroyed the rooms on it so I guess I will always be a repeat customer as long as the same people are there. Saved 300 dollars going to this place, a friend of mine recommended it. The staff was pretty nice, and I was done in about 15 min which was fucking amazing. I don’t understand the negative reviews at all, my friends a mechanic so I had him check out the tires and everything and my car is good to go. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you guys, keep up the good work.

If you are looking for cheap tire replacements and fast this is the place to come. Yes, the place looks super sketchy and the customer service is probably not the best but the 5 stars is for the price. As far as the quality, mind you I don’t know much about tires, but I bought one here for like 60 bucks a year ago (and probably 10k miles) and it’s still working fine and not bald, so there is that. Also bought 3 more a couple months a ago and they seem to be working just fine. This is the cheapest you will find tires anywhere in SD, period (you can even haggle with them too!!). Also there is usually no wait and you in and out in 10 minutes. No complaints here.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. I came here a few weeks ago to replace my two front tires. My uncle referred me to this place because he said that they had a really good deal on the tires. When I got there the employees acted rude and when I asked a question about the tires that they were going to install, one of the employees looked at me and completely ignored the question.
Then in about 10 minutes the car was ready and as I was pulling out of the shop, one if my hubcaps fell off and not knowingly I ran over it causing it to crack. I went back and told them that this had happened and the employee started laughing and saying sorry I can’t help you. Even though it was totally their fault. Lesson learned that I would much rather pay 30 – 40 dollars more to go to a professional tire shop next time. Stay away from here.

I just called this shop that someone told me to try for a wheel. The man that answered the phone was Rude and was speaking Spanish loudly while I was trying to explain what I wanted. He yelled at me because he couldn’t understand what I was saying because of the noise in his background. He said a price and then hung up the phone.
Clearly this shop does not want or desire new customers. Customer service (NOT today)

I bought 20 inch tires and wheels the have about 19,000 miles on them, i felt a little vibration in the rear so i took it to a tire shop near me to check the balance, to their amazement and mine the sidewalls on 3 tires were split open so bad u could see the steel belts, i took my car to noahs and this little punk kid rubbed the inside of the tread and says“its bcuz my alignment is bad” which is total B. S I talked to truline alignment and Discount tires, also the tires were manufactured in 2011 and were sold to me in 2013, tires do have a shelf life people, these tires would eventually have blown out with possible catastrophic consequences… BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

I walked in here because san diego decided it should randomly rain which is a great thing, but my tires were horrible. i was hydroplaning everywhere for a good 15 miles.
My friend recommended i try this place out because they give good prices.
at first when i walked up i was a little nervous because I’ve never been to a tire shop in el cajon before. I usually go to my friends shop in PB.
As i walked up i was greeted and directed immediately to an empty slot. The guy came up and asked me what i needed and gave me a price he said 160 for two brand new tires, i made an ugly face and he dropped it down to 150. but luckily i had candy in my front seat. since im dieting i handed it to him and said thanks for the price difference. (I used to get 4 brand new tires for 380.00 so i mean its already a good discount.) So after i handed him the candy he dropped it down to 140 final.
As i was checking out in their office their transactions are done through a tablet. & the guy helping me pay told me that stylists don’t work on it when i was signing. but i tried it anyway with the stylist that works on my ipad. and guess what. it worked :) He was intrigued it was pretty hilarious. He actually asked for it and offered to buy it from me. I told him he could have it & he wrote on my receipt that when i get my other tires switched out, ill get yet another discount!
I feel great! 3 deals in a row! and on top of that, i was in and out within 10 minutes! crazy! I will definitely be back here when my other two are ready.

Great deal on Ultra High Performance tires for my Land Rover. I found Noah’s on Craigslist and couldn’t believe the price. Did my homework on the tire brand and decided to go for it. Carlos and his guys run a super efficient shop. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. New tires and new Tire Pressure Sensors. Great tires at great price. I am going back for my wife’s 650i and the kid’s 3 series.
Check my other reviews and you will see I am stingy with 5 stars. These guys know how to win my business with exceptional service at great prices.
