We worked with Rita Lister and Melissa Villarreal on an escrow account that required discretion and, given the large payments that were going out, constant contact to keep track of the balance. Melissa not only sent us another client’s paperwork (hello, privacy laws), but never sent us any balance updates. The result has turned into a financial mess for us to clean up. It makes me wonder what on earth the advantage of having an escrow account with this company would be.
