Great IT tech support all day, every day. Seriously, they provide 24×7 Managed IT Support. I can call them when I’m stuck on a project late at night and for that I’m thankful. This team rocks!

We had our Virginia office managing our IT lives a little too much. We had to get out from under their thumb and needed sensible IT professionals to do it. After reading the Unilocal reviews for NetworkAntics we decided to try them out. Even with the preplanning stages were kept on the DL on the way up to day of the IT migration our IT guy was on it. He assisted us every step of way through a painless transition of IT equipment and quote of services to implement it all. It was pretty amazing to see these guys in action after all the BS we have been through. Hire them!

It was tough finding computer IT support consultants with both Apple Mac experience and Synology support but these guys were recommended through Synology. Our design studio file server was dropping users off periodically throughout the day. They came in, did a little discovery, and we worked together narrowing down the problem. I recommend them because we were able to avoid a long term contractual agreement yet give us great ongoing service. Michael and his team kick but and offer great service!

We were having trouble keeping up with all the compliance issues coming up at the office. We contacted NetworkAntics and they provided a reasonably priced risk assessment for HIPAA compliance. Not only were they able to provide a report on what needs work but Patrick worked with us to remediate most of our issues. We are looking to install their compliance software to proactively manage our compliance from this point forward. We are really thankful to have a team of smart and savvy engineers help us through this crazy process. Thanks guys!

I’m a big supporter of Michael and his business. So I don’t mind promoting the heck of what his business does. In fact, I referred him to my friend’s relatively large business to see what they could do with the gargly connection on their phones. Sure enough, they were able to knock out in relatively short order whatever the problem was. You must call these guys… You will…

My company worked with Michael A. earlier this year. He helped to set up our server in addition to some general troubleshooting. He provided great customer service — took care to connect with the client, assessed our current set-​up and suggested improvements if he saw fit. What I really liked about Michael is that he wasn’t in it just for the money — he took the company size and outlook into account to provide the most sensible solution when he could have suggested something entirely unnecessary and costly. He also ensured everything he was contracted to set up worked properly afterwards, and assisted as needed if it went awry.

We had our web development server go down for unknown reasons and couldn’t retrieve our client’s work. We contacted network antics to see if they figure out what was going on. Not only did fix our server but they did it an incredibly timely manor. We worked directly with Michael to get our server back up. He was terrific and would highly recommend them again

Our EMR no longer met our needs, specifically with ICD 10. NetworkAntics was able to perform a site assessment and consult us through all our more specific inquires of the eCW service that we are in the progress of implementing and installing. A gentlemen by the name of Michael came in to perform the site survey and gave the advice we needed to feel confident about going forward with the install. Migrating to eclinicalwork is no easy task but their hand holding has made a lot easier.

I was in San Diego for work and the servers went down. Not OK. I called Network Antics after reading his reviews on Unilocal.He came and did his thing. The servers are now back up. Black magic y’all.

All of our whirligigs and dodads stopped whirling and dodading so I called Network Antics. Michael came out and got it all working again in a flash! Thank goodness because our business completely stops when this kind of catastrophe happens. Thank you Michael and Network Antics!!!

To the point version: Network Antics saved my life, my business, and my sanity. Hire them if you too want to be saved. (Not saved in the Jesus kind of way — saved in the «omfg I’m going to murder my router and internet and provider so help me god» kind of way).
Long version: Normally when I grace the world with my awesome reviews, it’s for a restaurant I absolutely love OR it’s a restaurant that I absolutely hate, and I need to make sure the world is aware of this intense emotion. Teenage angst from a 30 year old. It happens. That being said… Network Antics gets a special Megan Review because I’m so freaking grateful for their services and for rescuing my business, that I will step out of my restaurant comfort zone and write this little ditty for them.
So I had a little situation with my internet. I own a web development company, so you would think I’m pretty handy with IT stuff. Well I am… so this was obviously an extra irritating situation.
I had just moved into town and brought my whole biz with me. And for whatever reason, all of my software/hardware/Idon’tfreakingknow-ware was just not happening at my new digs. After literally two weeks of no internet, lots of frustration (from both me AND my clients), being on hold with my internet provider for HOURS, being transferred from person to person in the wrong freaking state (because I have an out-​of-​state phone number yay)…I finally… gave up. Or I just got smart and called Network Antics in San Diego.
Michael from Network Antics stopped by. He was very professional, neat, conversational, spoke clear English (thank God), and is actually kinda cute too… oh hey ladies! He diagnosed my situation, got it fixed in a very timely manner, and he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg which I really appreciated considering I literally lost two weeks worth of income from this nightmare.
The issue? Something about my stuff not being compatible with my new provider??? I have no clue (but I DO know that my internet provider should have known this, so stay tuned for their scathing review coming here soon). Anyways, Michael helped me pick out the correct items, installed them for me, configured them, didn’t laugh at my face when I told him my new desired ridiculous wifi name and password, and it’s all magically fixed now. My internet is screaming fast and secure, he set up my network so I can do all the fancy printer sharing and whatnot, my wifi name is awesome, and I’m back to making money and writing too long of reviews that only I find funny.
Oh and he saved my life by squishing a black widow spider that was about to murder me in my office.
So…my wisdom to impart on you good folk of San Diego: Don’t be proud and stupid like me and wait two weeks before caving in and calling the pros. Just do it after maybe… day 1 or 2 of struggling (if you’re a do-​it-​yourself-​er like me) and you will be happier and richer. Or be really smart and just contact them right away. Or wait two weeks, and then learn a solid lesson in humility and humbleness and customer retention. Either way, Network Antics is wonderful for all issues IT, and I’d recommend them any day of the week.

Our point of sale systems quit on us and we were losing a substantial amount of business. A search on Unilocal connected us with NetworkAntics. They provided same day service and got us back up and running. Michael was our on-​site assistant for the day. He’s very knowledgable, helpful and funny to boot. Call these guys. They know what they are doing.

I’m a fan of Network Antics! I got quotes for a server and installation setup. Michael brought us back a quote that was far more reasonable than the four others and I liked him and his team better too. The agreement was fair and the timeline from start to finish was quick. All in all, we are very satisfied with what his team delivered and we will continue use them for future projects and services. They are a great team!

We have a small startup with a small budget. NetworkAntics’s was able to work within that budget and recommend us a Synology box to access and store all our data on-​site. Bonus, it has apps on your phone to work on the go. This was perfect for our needs. These guys have reasonable rates and excellent recommendations. I’m sold!

I used to work with this guy when he was a Network Administrator for one of my past companies. He’s helped me out in many technical situations and believe me, there were plenty for me! Anyways, this is a great place to call when you are in a jam. He’s super helpful and nice about it too

Welp, Networks Antics saved our ass.
I don’t pretend to be much of a tech guy (OK, I do, and end up breaking things), but when our office server went down we were dead-​in-​the-​water as clients couldn’t access our website (s) or any of our platforms.
Unfortunately, we were «between» IT companies at the moment, as our last guy moved to a less desirable piece of the Earth (Alabama, blech!). Enter Network Antics off of a referral. Mike — the business owner — showed up, was shown to the server room, and (as far as my knowledge is concerned) waved his magic wand. Within an hour, his work was done and we were back to full strength. More importantly, we found a go-​to-​guy for future issues.
If you’re like our company — sizeable but with limited in-​house IT resources — Network Antics is a great (and certainly affordable) stop-​gap!

We requested a new router be configured for when we move to a new internet service provider. NetworkAntics estimated 3 hours, came in, changed our setup, and gave our old machines a new lease on life with a faster internet connection. Anyway, they were on time, personable, and professional. I am very pleased with their services.

I used this same company to get rid of porn pop-​ups in my home, and they did a bang-​up job (get it?) … so I used them again to help setup my new office.
My boss is from another country (literally) and asked me to purchase computer equipment and setup the network because I’m «American and ain’t nobody got time for dat.»
I’ve always worked for a company that already has an IT department, but this is a new company with no IT, and I don’t know how to do that stuff. Me doing IT stuff is like watching a dog trying to use a fork. Since I’d rather go surfing, I hired NetworkAntics to do the job and expensed everything. Needless to say, my boss was impressed and so was I.
My new computer runs SolidWorks 2013 like a G! Thank god, cause I’d rather cheese grate my nipples before using my last computer. Thanks again NetworkAntics!
