This guy is the most patient real estate agent in California. I have looked for a place for 3 years straight, Nate was patient with me along the way.
Nate helped me to the last second to get the perfect house that meets my exact needs. He’s a go getter! He’s very honest and genuinely cares about his clients.

My husband and I have been renting for years and it has been my goal to purchase a home. Nate was actually our Landlord and I knew he was a real estate agent so I asked him to answer a few questions for me regarding the home buying process. Where my credit needed to be etc. And he willingly met up with me and we sat down and he went through step by step what we needed to do.
We had prequalified for a home loan through our Credit Union and I was not happy with the numbers or the fact that they wanted us to use a realtor from their pool of realtors. So I talked to Nate and he recommended his personal and professional lender who is also great!

Being a First Time Homebuyer, Nate always made himself available to us day or night whether we had questions or concerns he was always there for us. That means a lot especially since a home purchase is probably the biggest investment people will make in their lifetime.
My husband and I looked online for months at various homes prior to prequalifying. But Nate actually got us the very first house we put an offer in on. There were other offers on board too. He made every effort to sell us as people as he knows us and our personalities.
We closed escrow quickly, and now we are living in our BEAUTIFUL home thanks to Nate and his team.

Simply put, Nathan was awesome. As a first time homebuyer I was both anxious and terrified thinking about everything that comes with such a big decision. In my process of searching for a home for the first time I was lucky enough to have Nathan show me the ropes. Being new to it I clearly was setting myself up for making rookie mistakes.
