History
Established in 2003.
Established in 2003 when MIX owner, Lesa M. Green was on the cusp of graduating from UCSD, she created a mobile private dance instruction company: LMG Dance and Fitness. As a dance major, Lesa knew that she always wanted a studio where all skill levels, all ethnicities, all ages and all genres could come together and train. No ego, no competition, just passion.
In 2009, after honing her crafts and attaining more clarity in her vision, Lesa opened MIX, the studio home for LMG Dance and Fitness… A studio where clients can get that personal attention sometimes lost in large corporation gyms… A studio where students have a niche and fitness family… Where every BODY is a person, wanting to embrace health and fitness.
In 2013, due to unforeseen events, the MIX storefront closed. But this didn’t slow MIX owner Lesa M. Green down. She is still providing personal training, private yoga sessions and private dance classes to San Diego. Please visit the website and schedule with Lesa now…
