Established in 2012.

Mission Vacation is owned and managed by Cindy Grosskopf and Heather Robinson. Together they have a combined 25 years in the vacation rental industry.

Our goal is to help each property owner to achieve their goal, while giving the owner a break from the day-​to-​day management of the property. We encourage potential vacationers to ask us questions about Mission Beach and nearby Pacific Beach. Our team has owned and managed properties in Mission Beach since 1996, and we take pride in helping our vacationers learn about Mission Beach before making a booking. Our website is built around a body of content that is also intended to help our clients learn all they can about our little slice of heaven. I love doing what I do and couldn’t ask for a better job!

This was our first time renting a condo as we would normally stay at a resort when we go on a vacation. But after this vacation we definitely will be renting properties in the future. Our family had a wonderful stay at one of the Mission Vacation properties right on the beach in Mission Bay. The condo was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. Cindy was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We could not have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be back again!

We have worked with Cindy for 3 years and she makes arrangements simple and easy. We switched to a larger unit last winter and Cindy found one to our liking. She is on top of the area’s pulse, always on the lookout for new properties that can appeal to a variety of clients, who may want to stay for a weekend, a week or even 2 months like we do.

Cindy was wonderful. She helped me find a place within my budget and called the first day to make sure things were going well. The house we stayed at had a patio overlooking Mission Bay — we loved every minute sitting there in the sun. We had a small issue with the floors, but Cindy said she would take care of that.
I will definitely use Mission Vacation again. :)

Our experience with Mission Vacation and Cindy was excellent. Cindy was great to work with and the house we stayed at was absolutely perfect for our girls trip to PF Changs San Diego Marathon. The location was great — beachfront and ½ between the roller coaster and The Surfer. The house was very well appointed — nice furniture, comfortable beds with quality bedding — even the pillows were comfortable. The veiws from the house and the patio were excellent, we even had the pleasure of seeing the dolphins in the surf every morning! I would definitely stay here again and would be more than happy to work with Cindy for any vacation planning!
