I have been in here a few times and always get the help I need, my questions answered, everything on my list and even a few laughs. The employees here, are attentive and knowledgable (the owner especially.)

So-​So. We came in here to buy some stuff to make a clone box. No one even looked at us. We basically just found everything ourselves and waited at the register with no acknowledgement even though employees were wandering around. They have a pretty good selection but the customer service leaves something to be desired. We came in a second time to look for some more stuff, and there was no one inside. Dead silent, it wasn’t until after 5 minutes that we noticed an employee sitting behind the desk peering at us around the side.
The people who work here could really care less if you buy anything or not. A very take it or leave it attitude. I guess I would come back if I were in the area but I would rather shop somewhere were the employees are a little more «enthusiastic» about their customers.

I’ve been in here about 6 or 7 times. They used to carry a certain item I used but no longer do. Like Ninja says. the customer service here is non existent. EVERY time I’ve been here I am the one greeting them and they barley look up from their computer or break their conversation to help their customers needs. They are competitive with prices and centrally located however I run a business myself and give TOP NOTCH customer service and will bend over backward to make my patients happy!
Mighty Hydro. even though I didn’t bring more than $ 1000 into your business I will NOT be coming back.

Came in to give them a second chance, only because they stock Bubbleman Bubble Bags… very unpleasantly surprised once again. They tried to overcharge me for an offbrand bag. I went to the car to get some more money to cover the difference in pricing, and the employee ran out to my car and yelled at me to come back in because he thought I stole his bag. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? I’m now making it a point to tell my friends to go anywhere but here screw this place.

are you kidding me? The fact that this place gets anything but a five star review is insane! Its big. it’s affordable. and the staff (mike and pedro especially) know everything there is to know about making my tomatoes HUGE, and flavorful. Mike is willing to beat any price, and when he says that he means it. So there really isnt a use in even shopping around because you can ALWAYS work something out over at mighty. they treat you like a friend.

Went here since they are central. Wont be going back unless I really need something desperate and dont have time to go out to SD Hydro.
These guys are not helpful, they dont know how to treat customers. I have spent $ 500 – 600 in there and never once did they offer or suggest any products or even answer my questions about some products or methods. It was more of a social scene for them chattin and sufrin the web. Just some dudes sitting at the counter, «hey bro» is what I get when I come in. And I get to look around and just try and find products on my own.
Took my Hana pH back in to get it calibrated, and they did not even do that right. Now I have to figure it out myself.
Prices are competitive.
