At Melodies by Madeline, we provide string ensemble services and music for weddings, parties, and other special events in San Diego. We featuring string solo, duo (any string combination or violin and piano), string trio, and string quartet ensembles. With a variety of music styles, pieces, and with the special arrangement options, the musical possibilities are endless!

Our string players are professional artists in the San Diego area, dedicated to contributing the best musical ambiance for your event. We take pride in our creativity, responsiveness, and professionalism, ensuring that we provide our clients with quality service and musical expertise.

As an example of our quality service, all bookings include a personal consultation where Madeline will assist clients in detailing the perfect musical performance for the occasion. We have a Repertoire List as well as a Repertoire Selection Form that serve as convenient client tools, especially for those planning wedding ceremony music. We take special music requests, and often arrange special music pieces for our events. If there is anything we can do to make planning your day easier, we want to help make that happen!

History

Established in 2014.

Melodies by Madeline was developed by violinist Madeline Stewart in 2014, however Madeline has been coordinating string ensemble services and wedding music since 2009.

Business Owner

Madeline Stewart is a violin performer and teacher currently working in San Diego County. Alongside providing string ensemble services and wedding music, she enjoys performing chamber music in many different ensembles and musical styles for all occasions. Her recent performances include the première of the Mozart’s Requiem Ballet with San Diego City Ballet as the principal second violin. In August of 2014, she will once again perform with Opera Neo, where she was principal second violin for their August 2013 performance of Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro.

Regularly performing in wedding ceremonies, Madeline enjoys playing solo and chamber music for all special occasions. Her favorite part about performing in these events is contributing the best musical ambiance to make the day unforgettable.

Madeline completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Performance from San Diego State University. She has participated in music festivals around the world, such as Kastela Music Festival in Croat
