Masterglass Windshield Repair & Replacement

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GAMBLE WITH THE REST OF YOUR VEHICLE. My hatchback worked before they touched it and they refuse to take ownership!
I opened my hatchback 2 – 3 times after discovering the broken glass to search for something that may have been left by the people who broke the window. The door closed and latched every time. After they replaced the glass, I was advised that some glass was still in the door but that it would fall out over time so they left some of the stoppers off to allow that to happen. I used the automatic door button to close it, thanked them for their time and went back up to my office. I did not verify that it had latched because I had no reason to think it wouldn’t.
When I got into my car after work, the «open back gate» indicator light was on. I tried multiple times to fix it by banging on it to dislodge some glass, nothing worked. I called Chris in their office, he was defensive saying it’s nothing they did but that he’d send someone out to take a look in the morning. Sent someone out, they vacuumed again, it didn’t fix the issue. The tech told me I had to go to a dealer who can open the full door and look at the latch because that’s the issue. I said, «Well, the dealer isn’t going to do that for free, who’s going to pay for this?» They directed me to Chris who proceeded to tell me that they didn’t touch the locking mechanism and that it couldn’t POSSIBLY be caused by their glass replacement. NEWS FLASH: If something worked before your guys touched it and now it doesn’t, YOU DID IT!!! Depending on how much it costs at the dealership, this may become an issue in small claims court. I just got this car less than a month ago and I am currently using FREAKIN’ BUNGEE CORDS TO KEEP THE BACK HATCH CLOSED WHILE I DRIVE! It wasn’t their fault that the glass was broken but it was their fault that the door stopped working after they replaced it and they should do everything in their power to make sure they fix it. PERIOD.

Okay so having your windshield broken, cracked or even chipped is never something you look forward to. In fact it’s something you hope to never have to deal with, unfortunately this is real life and it happens.
& it happened to me.
So I went on google and searched for glass repair places and started calling around. Got some quotes and finally called Masterglass. Not only was the tech absolutely pleasant but he gave me an amazing quote in a matter of seconds and they scheduled for their mobile guys to come out to me so I didn’t even have to take time off of work like most other places were requiring since they close at 5! And it was done in the same day! This was all included in the price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your glass replacements or repairs! You won’t find better service or better quotes.

I called a few places to get quotes and these guys were the best! These guys are fast and professional! I called Chris on Thursday afternoon and got a great price and an appointment early Friday morning. I was told I would get a call from the tech in the morning to confirm may appointment. Silly me, I forgot my phone at home. The tech had great follow through, got to the appointment site on time and had my windshield replaced within an hour. He was proficient, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Definitely, referring everyone I know to them from now on.
