Mary Jane’s Cheesecakes specializes in the «Country Cheesecake». We are the only company in the county, state, and probably the nation, that sells a true country cheesecake. What is a country cheesecake? The technical definition involves the use of buttermilk, instead of a more traditional cream. This gives our country cheesecakes a sweet tangy flavor… reminiscent of the cream cheese glaze on a cinnamon roll, or the cream cheese frosting on a carrot cake. We also have 9, more traditional cheesecakes that are inspired by simple, country sensibilities.

We don’t use egg or flour in our fillings, and we don’t add anything that doesn’t absolutely need to be there… no preservatives, no fillers, and we don’t skimp on the good stuff.

You can enjoy our cheesecakes whole, pre-​sliced, topped, plain, chilled, frozen, or deep fried. However you like it! We sell wholesale and retail by appointment. Call us with any questions.
