Dr Peter has literally changed my life. From learning a slight dislocated shoulder was causing all my back pain — to actually fixing my popping /​TMJ jaw and associated pain. He continues to improve my body — and I am actually gaining more healthy weight again because the pain has all subsided! I doubted Chiro my whole life — and finally decided to get healthy. A friend referred me to Dr Peter this fall when I described two really negative experiences I’ve had trying to find chiropractic care in San Diego for some knee pain. My expectations continue to be exceeded at Life Force Health. Dr Peter takes his time LISTENING to your concerns and helping you understand your own body and it’s best function. He’s got such an impressive positive attitude. My knee pain is improved significantly and I have some good tools to make sure I keep it that way. Jessica, his admin, is very friendly and helpful too. Appointments are easy to work in to my schedule.

I was a patient of Dr. Peter for about 1 month and that was all it took for him to help me out and get me back to running. This is going to be a long story but it deserves to be told. Short version– I took his advice saw him for the amount of time he requested, listened to his tips and after 6 months of not being able to run without pain in my ankle I am now back to the sport I love without any pain!
In February I sprained my ankle during a soccer match and it would just not heal. I spent about 1 month in a boot, 1 ½ months on crutches, then spent months trying to rebuild myself back into running. First slowly biking, using bands to strengthen my ankle, then slowly running but the pain would slowly come around as I ran farther till it was just painful to go farther.
So around mid June I decided that maybe I should try seeing someone for help. I went to podiatrist, I had X-​rays, and MRI, multiple doctors saying my strength and balance was fine. But still no healed ankle, so I ended up at peters office and he spent a month working on my ankle twice a week. As well as prescribing me orthotics.
Now I honestly had never been to a chiropractor prior to this and I’m definitely one to admit I am skeptical about chiropractors really being helpful because it seemed like they adjust people and you’d feel fine for a day and then feel discomfort again.
During the first few sessions I didn’t see any results. I was getting dissapointed that even he couldn’t find a way to help me. But the last week that I saw him, he was able to make an adjustment that literally made me sweat, what he would call a «sympathetic sweat». It honestly, felt like a tension in my foot at that moment was released and it felt twice as strong and flexible.
And while continually wearing the orthotics he prescribed I can truthfully say that 3 weeks after my last appointment, I don’t feel any pain in my ankle! Running is a huge part of my life and it literally means the world to me that Dr. Peter was able to get me back to doing the thing I love.

I am in the alternative and complementary health field myself and I met Dr. Peter Seguinot in a business networking group. I was impressed with his passion for natural healing and how he got into the field. I decided to give him a try and never looked back! He has helped me maintain well being, get out of trouble (herniated disc, dislocated shoulder). His whole body adjustment approach is very holistic and makes sense to me. I was in my last trimester when I received a recommendation to see Dr. Seguinot. He not only helped to align baby (I was carrying to the right), but also helped alleviate the back and neck pain I was dealing with. I’ve continued to see Dr. Seguinot and since delivering he’s helped me recover well with pelvic realignments and specialized body work. He is such a caring person, always there if you need an emergency adjustment.

I just about crawled into see Dr. Peter about 1.5 years ago and now I am pain free and go about with my normal activities. After a MRI, multiple visits to the spine and pain specialists and 6 epidurals later, traditional medicine could not treat my problem. After several visits of adjustments with Dr. Peter, I felt significantly better. Now I go once a week to keep my spine and body in line and live pain free. He is the only chiropractor that I seen that does a fully body adjustment. From your spine and neck down to your toes and ears. He really cares about his patients. He even adjusted my wife when she was pregnant. I was recommended to see Dr. Peter at first and now I have recommended him to my many others and will continue to do so as he has the healing touch!

I have been to many chiropractors in the past but Dr. Peter is in a league of his own! He cares so much about his patients. All he wants is for his patients to feel better, live a pain free life and have a better life. After my back surgery over 10 years ago I thought that I would have to live with back pain for the rest of my life. Dr. Peter showed me that it is possible to be pain free if I took the time to take care of myself with regular visits, correct supplements, wearing my orthotics, proper stretching and exercise and taking care of my body by educating myself on foods that cause inflammations.
I love coming to his office because not only do I leave feeling fabulous, but his staff and Dr. Peter are all so happy and positive that it puts me in a great mood. You can tell its not all about making money for him it’s all about his patients and making them feel fantastic. He seems to be available any time I call, weekends too. They always squeeze me in which is so important, when you are in pain you don’t want to wait to feel better.
I have seen many pregnant friends come here and have great results with their back pain or even getting their baby to turn to get head down and get ready for birth so they did not have to get a C-​section. look no further, you wont be disappointment if you go see him!

Ive been going to Dr. Peter for about a year and a half now I believe. My fiancé has also been going for some time. I woke up one morning with severe back pain and my fiancé suggested I call Dr. Peter, he got me in on an off day at that, and I have been going weekley ever since. They have payment options available which is nice, so if you are able to pay upfront the cost per visit is greatly reduced. Dr. Peter is extremly helpful in giving you stretches, excercises and other health related information to help your recovery, it is not just an adjustment and you are on your way. I love that he gives you these small exercises and stretches to do at home because they really do help, and he will always ask have you been doing your stretches/​exercises. He will push you to become more active and participate more in preventative health, not just treating the pain. As a chiropractor I feel that he listens to you about what is ailing you, makes the diagnosis then is very clear in explaining to you the likely cause of the pain. The office is very relaxing as well, they always have music playing in the background and it is right in Pacific Beach so you can get a little beach time in afterwards if you want. I would and have recommended this office and Dr. Peter to friends any time. I believe he is trained in pregnancy and child chiropractic as well.

I’ve known Dr. Peter for a few years now and became his regular patient after a bad car accident. The attention he took to understand my true day-​to-​day lifestyle, and the recommendations he made to further the care he was already providing just shows how much he cares about the actual patients. He tackles not only the patient’s spinal adjustment, but their foot arches, their diets, their exercise regimen, their stress-​levels, everything head to toe, so you know you are getting total look into what causes the pain. I’ve been adjusted by a few chiropractors, and some of them caused discomfort, but never with Dr. Peter, his experience really shines through in this way. And his staff are AMAZING. Jessica always has a smile on her face, and she not only juggles the office admin, but remembers everyone’s names and their goings-​on.
After a few visits, I noticed a true change in my pain levels, my posture and it continued to improve! So happy I met them. And, if all the other 5 star reviews aren’t enough to convince you on how amazing Dr. Peter and his staff are, I don’t know what else is.

I have been a patient in this office since 1978! When I first met Dr. Peter a few years ago, he took the time to talk to me about ourselves. I truly feel that I’m getting the best care. I was excited to see his YouTube video sometime ago…

Before I came to see Dr Peter, I had migraine headaches everyday, lower back pain, and neck pain that was killing me.
I’ve been coming here for 3 months and now my migraines are totally gone and I have no more neck or back pain. Every time my husband and I come here, we always relax and after adjustments, always have energy and feel healthy.

I initially began chiropractic care with Dr. Peter over two years ago in a last ditch effort to re-​mediate acute Achilles injuries that I had been unable to solve with other medical care. Within months I was running again… not just the Achilles injuries but years of horseback riding, military training, snowboarding and many other sports traumas were reversed. Recently I injured my leg severely during a dirt bike accident. Within just over a week, following his guidance I went from full crutches and a boot to almost normal function! It was nothing short of miraculous. I am 46 but feel like I am in my twenties thanks to regular chiropractic visits. Depending on your physical situation, he will adjust your Back, neck shoulder, arm, hip, knee, foot, toes, hand wrist, fingers, EARLOBES, ribs, etc. Yea I’ve had all these adjusted and it’s just pure. thanks Dr P!’

He really has made a difference on my health. I had no idea in how much pain was until I had my first assessment with Dr. Pete. Even my husband was surprised. I didn’t know what it felt not to have pain, but thanks to Dr. Pete I feel much better, I am able to feels back, which before felt numb, and my feet are happy too as well as my hips. Dr. Peter is awesome! I had been to a chiropractor a few years back but never really felt like it was making any difference.
