I provide full time residential real estate services in San Diego and Southwest Riverside counties. Over 20 years experience in the real estate industry including the listing and purchasing of homes, short sales, REO, mortgages and appraisal. I have a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Real Estate (1990). I hold a CA Real Estate Broker License (DRE license #1 295 154) and a CA Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License (AR 14 928).

History

Established in 1999.

Prior to residential sales, my experience was at World Savings and Loan as a Regional Appraisal Manager and a District Loan Appraisal Manager in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and San Diego Counties.

2000 to the present have provided real estate and mortgage services in San Diego County. In the last three years focusing primarily on residential sales.

Lennie helped us purchase our home. We live in Murrieta and the area we were wanting to buy in is a seller’s market so we had to jump on any opportunity that appealed to us, with that being said she didn’t hesitate to fit us in her schedule and make the drive up here to show us property. She is thorough and efficient and was always punctual in getting back to any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend Lennie if you are in the market to buy or sell your home.

Lennie helped me bought my first property. She’s very experienced and professional, and she’s never pushy. I tend to get intimidated when a realtor sounds like she cannot wait to trick me into a purchase after the second showing, but I never had that experience with her. She’s very patient so I could take my time to do my research and look around. On top of that, I’m very impressed with the speed she handles everything. She set up appointment very quickly. I ended up with a short sale, but with her help, I closed my deal just a little over a month. I’d definiltey recommend Lennie to others for either selling or buying their properties.
