Lee Rollins Firestone

I brought my car to Lee Rollins for an oil change and a tire alignment.
When calling, they already had an appointment for 9:30 and 11:30 and I requested a 10:30 appointment, they politely declined my request because they don’t like to schedule their alignments so close to one another to ensure they have ample time to properly align the cars.
That adherence to quality really stayed with me and convinced me to try them out!
My appointment was at 8 AM and they took care of my oil change and my alignment. My car feels great now! The service was impeccable too – polite, honest and cheerful.
Also, if you get 3 oil changes there, the 4^th one is free.

We brought our daughter’s car here for a second opinion because we were being scammed by Express Tire on Felicita in Escondido. Lee Rollins fixed the problem, and for a lot less money than we were quoted at Express Tire. So far, the car is driving great. Thanks guys!

This is the best place to bring your car/​truck for any service! I wanted to find a friendly personable place that I could trust. Lee Rollins has exceeded my expectations time and time again. My truck always comes out on time and in perfect condition. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and treats you like family! Worst attitude and customer service ever from any business I have ever encountered. I was recommended by a friend as a previous customer of theirs’ a few doors down from this bumper business to these guys and now I don’t know if this distinct businesses’ staff pay people to write 5 star reviews but these guys are seriously pathetic and have a very and I mean very bad attitude problem. I have been in the automotive industry over 15 years and in my early 30’s, just because you are a certain age doesn’t mean your knowledge is the same to it. The guys working at the desk are as old as father time and have a serious problem with ANYONE questioning their «knowledge», I’m sorry but age doesn’t define smarts and mean that you know everything and the «facts» they say is non logical bullshit to an average person and I think most people think it is fact due to not having mechanic knowledge at all whatsoever. This is a business that customers lean on for help not lies. These guys blatantly lied to me to cover laziness and unsatisfactory work from guys standing around in the bay picking their asses and I get excuses that they are to busy to fix something, I will never return again and contacting BBB

Lee Rollins Firestone exceeded my expectations. I typically go to PepBoys for my oil changes however making an appointment with them is a nightmare. I work quite a bit and the last thing I want is to be stuck waiting for an oil change for hours. So after making 2 appointments with PepBoys and walking in at another time, I still didn’t get an oil change because I just couldn’t handle the wait times. My car was past due now over 1000 miles and I was frustrated. I called Lee Rollins yesterday at 11:30am and make an appointment for today at 11:30am. The guy who answered the phone was so friendly and it was easy to do.
I showed up today around 11:31am and I was running in the door. The guy at the counter was so nice about it. Someone took my car in the shop right away. They have a great waiting area where I was able to study for a bit. Also the shop is close to MCAS Miramar so I also got to watch amazing aircraft fly as well.
It took less than an hour for my oil change and tire rotation. The best part was they actually checked my car thoroughly. I had put air in my tires recently and each had a different reading. I am so glad the mechanic noticed this and fixed my error (I am not great with cars). I was told to come back anytime to get my air pressure read and fixed for free. They also gave me a heads up about my cabin filter needing replacement in the near future. I appreciate the extra time and care they gave to me/​my car.
I will definitely come back here for my next oil change. No more PepBoys for me!!! And I will refer my friends here as well. Thank you guys for making me feel welcome and taking excellent care of my car!

I have brought my car in twice now and have been pleased with the service both my car and I received. This past month, I brought my car in for a general check up because I had not had my car serviced in over a year. I was so happy with the service that my husband asked me to bring his car in the next week! Here are some of the perks:
–Easy Appointments: I always call in to get an appointment so they know to expect my car. The three times I’ve called to schedule… I was given an appointment the very next day. Easy peasy!
–Friendly Service: Everyone is pleasant and respectful whether it’s over the phone or in person. They even drop me off at my office nearby so my car can be serviced while I’m at work and it’s always ready by the time I need to go home.
–Fair Service: They always call to give a rundown of everything that is a MUST versus everything that is a recommendation. They have always been fair about what can wait a little longer in case we don’t want to spend too much all at once. I love that I don’t feel pressured or guilt tripped into just saying «OK» to everything and then feeling physically ill after seeing the final bill.
I highly recommend them and am glad I learned about them from my work (we take our vehicles and buses here)!

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now, and I will continue coming here for all my oil changes. I’ve brought my car, truck and wife’s car in, and have never been in an awkward situation where they try to sell you more than just the oil change. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I took my car for a STAR Smog Check at Lee Rollins and I am very satisfied with the service. The smog check started and ended on time, and the staff is very friendly.

Let’s just say it probably goes without saying that it’s hard to find a great repair shop that treats you not only fairly but goes above and beyond the call of duty. Firestone exceeds all my expectations. They are friendly, informative, efficient, knowledgeable, through, accommodating and precise.
This is the first time I’ve been to this Firestone and was recommended by my BF. Since my car was past due on repairs I expected the worst. My brakes were acting weird and my check engine light was on and it was vibrating too much on the freeway. Oh brother.
The waiting room has coffee, a flat screen TV, free WiFi and comfortable seats. Since we live in close proximity to Firestone we got a quick ride home while waiting for repairs.
Came in at about 8:00 AM and they had an estimate for me rather quickly. When I saw the quote pages were thick I was not surprised.
Robert went over each page and covered not only what I had asked to be looked at but at the whole vehicle, listing each repair recommendation in the order of importance. So I could if needed pick and choose the repairs I could afford now and save up for the repairs that could wait. What I especially appreciate while going over the list of recommended repairs, Robert was very patient, kind and willing to answer all my questions. The pricing was itemized and I believe was fair and reasonable.
My car is running very smoothly now thanks to all the great people at Firestone! This is officially my new ‘go to’ place for my car.

I’m done with the Honda dealer unless it’s covered by warranty. Vinny and Robert have been here from before I moved to the hood back in the 90’s. This place is cool. They know my name here and do great work. As my new vehicle warranty expired I’ve been getting more work done here as the price is better and the service has been just as good or better. My gf is hooked on this place too. It was really nice of Vinny to drop us off at home and pick us up when the repair was done.
A few things to note:
They get work done on time or sooner.
They will inspect your vehicle and find stuff that needs fixing you didn’t know needed fixing.
They are busy so get in early or make an appointment.
They will start greeting you by your name if you go there more than once.
This is a mom and pop shop so be ready for the personalized service.

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I came for a smog test at a nearby shop and when the owner didn’t show up, the Firestone team got me in right away! I made an appointment and came back a day later for my other vehicle! I’m a huge fan and highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Lee Rollins for a couple of years. They recently fixed a smog issue with a 95 4Runner that I recently purchased. They always provide great service which includes verifying and getting approval before doing any work. Reasonable prices for great quality service and work.

WHAT AN EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE gettng a smog check! The manager at the desk was kind, friendly, accommodating and pleasantly engaging. The technicians were professional and skillful. They were efficient and were done before I even finished one section of the newspaper! The waiting room furniture is upholstered and comfortable. I would recommend Lee Rollins without hesitation for all automotive needs.

I come here for my car repairs. The guys here are awesome! They take care of your car. Mike & jimmy are the best mechanics ever.

These guys are a bunch of a holes that works there. Mechanics are dirty and unprofessional. The guys over the counters are rude and overweight. I brought my cars in for a tune up. I am not sure what it is, but it just doesn’t seen like they want my business. Well guess what you lost a lifetime customer and good referrals from me.

Love these guys. I’ve been taking my car here for the last couple years, not just for routine service, but also when my car decides to act up — a couple months ago my brake gauge was broken and Lee Rollins did a great job taking care of it.
Very professional, honest, down to earth guys that get the job done well and efficiently. Being a female I always have my guard up that I’ll get gypped when it comes to car services, but I never get the feeling that these guys try to swindle me.
Free wifi, T.V., restroom, coffee & water in their lobby if you decide to wait while your car is being serviced. They also offer to give you a ride & drop you off somewhere if it’s within reasonable proximity (for all you ladies, UTC mall is nearby if you wanted to do some shopping).
I’d recommend making an appointment, but they take walk ins. Depending on the service it can range from a few hours to a day or two. Usually I wait around 3 – 4 hours for scheduled maintenance checks.
Great local business. Highly recommended!

Good service. Very professional and friendly staff here. Booked an appointment for oil change the next morning and every was on schedule. Took 3 – 40 min to complete the oil change (like they estimated) and I was out of there and got to work. They even honored the Unilocal check-​in special oil change which was nice of them to do so. This is much closer location than my previous place that I go to get my oil change so I’ll probably come here for my future oil changes.
I’d recommend this place!
