Nicole is by far one of the most talented individuals that I have ever met. She volunteered to help us with a segment on KUSI Morning Show (live) and a photo shoot for an upcoming event; both turned out to be a hit. Professional, yet so much fun to be around… her positivity lit the entire studio and her dancing and yoga made our jaws drop. I will continue working with her on as many projects as she wants to be involved in.

I was having back pain for over a year from my office job and years of playing volleyball without really stretching or taking enough care of myself. After one class with Nicole, I was able to sit without pain all day before any discomfort returned! I now attend her yoga classes regularly, and my back hasn’t felt so good since the invincibility of high school!
I can run again, play volleyball again, and get back to doing the things I love!
Nicole is the most amazing yoga teacher I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She encourages her students, and pushes them just far enough that they will get results, not injuries. She offers assists in class to get you into the poses you want to be in; as well as providing access to the wonderful rejuvenating, pain alleviating, and organic products from Jubilee! Not only do Jubilee mists smell good, they offer disinfecting powers for your mat and body, as well as sinking into sore muscles and providing relief and recovery naturally!
I would recommend Nicole to anyone in pain, in need of inspiration in their workouts/​life, to people that want to grow in their yoga/​dance practice, and to anyone that just wants to start living a healthier lifestyle. Nicole can help get you where you want to be, in your mind, body, and spirit.

Nicole is a great yoga instructor. Her 8.00 classes are fun and help start the day off great and my body thanks me for it.

With a degree in Exercise Science myself, I am well versed in how to train the human body in mind, body and spirit and very picky when it comes to trusting other health professionals. Nicole knows what she is doing and will help you get to your desired goal. All you have to do is say YES and follow the leader. Enjoy!

Nicole is an amazing athlete, dancer and instructor. Her easy-​going style makes her very approachable and you instantly feel at ease with her, and even though I’m a novice, I never felt like one with her. It’s not a competition with others, it’s about competing with yourself. Whether you want a relaxing stretch meditation experience, or to be pushed to new personal heights, Nicole’s style and approach is as flexible as she is.
She even taught my 2 and 4 year olds a few poses and they both loved her too!

Nicole is by far and away the most dynamic, dedicated, enthusiastic and gifted yoga teacher I’ve ever had the joy to run across in my 12 years of practicing yoga. She is constantly working to deepen her depth and breadth of yoga philosophy, history and practice in order to expose her students to what lies at the heart of all the downward dogs and sun salutations. She engineers some of the most challenging but downright FUN classes I’ve ever taken, and she always knows how to tailor her classes to best suit her students. She truly LOVES what she is doing, and is such an inspiration.
And her classes, both private and at the gym, totally kick my butt. And leave me wanting more.

I first met Nicole at a local gym in downtown San Diego where she was leading an Ashtanga inspired yoga class. I was immediately engaged by her warmth, positivity and fun loving spirit. Nicole’s background in kinesiology enables her to give wonderful, easy-​to-​follow verbal instructions and physical adjustments to ensure proper form at all times to avoid injury. This was extremely important to me since I am constantly working on keeping my knee and hamstrings strong after reconstructive knee surgery 10+ years ago.
I began taking her classes at this gym regularly and quickly noticed all of the positive changes in my life: my physically body was toning and growing stronger, my spirit more vibrant. My husband took notice of these changes too.
Unfortunately schedules at the gym changed and so did my work schedule so I was no longer able to make Nicole’s classes. I was so bummed! I enjoyed other instructors, but didn’t have the same connection. Then came the best birthday present from my husband…
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS WITH NICOLE! I grew exponentially in my 5 weeks of private lessons with Nicole. We’re talking, learning crazy arm balances like Hurdler, Side Crow and 8 Angle Pose, all because Nicole is able to break down these poses in a way that is easy to comprehend. It also helps that she can demonstrate them with such ease and grace, and she is wonderful at encouraging you to push through apprehension and rewards you with positive feedback when you have that «ahh-​ha» moment and finally get into a pose, even if it’s just for a few seconds.
Since my private yoga sessions, I have even taken dance lessons from Nicole — there is NOTHING that this woman can’t do! Nicole has a zest for life; she is talented, positive, motivated and motivating, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and passionate in what she teaches. I feel so blessed to have crossed paths and had the opportunity to learn from her.

Nicole runs a fantastic class — I’m a beginner who has only done yoga a handful of times. Nicole made me feel welcome, spent time with lots of positive adjustments and helpful suggestions and created a truly warm atmosphere in which to practice in. I would take her class anytime, and am also looking at doing some private lessons!

Nicole is an extremely gifted and intuitive instructor. She has the most wonderful energy and vibrance. I’ve had a great time in her classes, learned so much and because of her, I’m getting in shape much quicker than with other methods or instructors.

I own a medical office and have the burden of dealing with staff issues on a regular basis. There are many times when staff members don’t get along or have trouble sharing work responsibilities. This leads to tension in the office and decreased productivity.
A friend recommended Nicole and Learn Pure as a way to run a more efficient office. After only a few sessions, she has introduced my staff (and definitely myself) to techniques on how to properly deal with stress, and methods for communicating with each other that lead to the resolution of issues. She has also shown us the most efficient way to conduct our weekly office meetings. As a result, our staff functions better as a team and the office has been more productive. Most importantly, I have far less headaches than I did before her consulting.

Nicole is an incredible trainer. Not only does she provide customized workouts and nutritional guidance to address your fitness goals but she really listens to you, to what is going on in your life, and provides support to your mind, body and spirit. I left every session feeling positive, rejuvenated and crazy sore. During my work-​outs Nicole provided a combination of dance, yoga, weight training, cardio-​blasts, plyometrics, meditation and even hula-​hooping! Needless to say I never got bored and my body was constantly working in ways I had no idea it could. Which leads us to RESULTS!
I initially hired Nicole to get me in shape for my wedding. Overall I wanted to be more toned and just look and feel great. In 2 months I went from being in ok shape to BAM! My arms have definition, I am overall more lean and toned, all of a sudden a bunch of my clothes were too big and my wedding dress that once fit like a glove had to be taken in. The compliments have been a nice bonus too.
If you are considering personal training to achieve whatever fitness goals I highly recommend it and there is no better trainer than Nicole.
