First off as I entered I was not greeted for at least 15 minutes. When the therapist did come greet me she was still five minutes later then the appointment and she had no other clients in her office. The waiting room was tiny, stuffy over heated. We had a hour session after I had been hospitalized for serious injuries that were causing night mares, flash backs anxiety and more. Carol listened to my story didn’t tell me much of any thing except that I should ask my doctor to double up on my Prozac because I was going through a crisis from the trauma that I endured. I asked her when to come back assuming that it would be once a week or two at least. She told me to come back in 5 months. I felt that she was lazy in a way and was just trying to get paid for seeing me this time and get rid of me. Why would someone tell me I was having a crisis due to my experience then tell me to come back in 5 months. Also half of the reason to see a doctor is to try to get off or lower your medication levels in my opinion. I will not be back again.
