* Personal chef services: a week’s worth of dinners prepared in your kitchen, ready when you are! Tailored to your lifestyle and dietary needs. Additional meals and snacks also available.

* Dinner parties and catering services: 4 or 5 course dinners for up to 12 people; buffet service for up to 50. Wine dinners, tea parties, memorials, showers, and more!

* Menu planning, recipe adaptation, portion control, and nutritional details available to help you with wellness, medical, hypo-​allergenic, and weight control diets.

* Special delivery: Whole meals and menus or just the recipes you’d rather have someone else take care of!

* Desserts and cakes for special occasions — including gluten-​free and dairy-​free.

History

Established in 2012.

A lifetime of cooking and entertaining for friends, family and colleagues has culminated in a second career. I cook in a variety of styles, including French, Asian, American Homestyle, and contemporary California cuisine, with an emphasis on delicious, fresh, organic, foods.

I welcome special needs and can develop menus and adapt recipes for your wellness, medically prescribed, or lifestyle diet.

(I also make killer desserts — including some fancy, gluten free cakes that everyone will love!)

Following a satisfying 25-​year career in language translation technology, I realized it was time to pursue the growing passion that had been relegated to hobby and recreation status: food, cooking, and entertaining.

How few people can take the time to lovingly prepare excellent food that will nourish their bodies and spirits! I want to share my joy in good food, and help people to eat the kind of delicious, healthy, fresh meals they want themselves to be eating, every day.

And if getting to the grocery store and kitchen weren’t enough of a challenge, many people have to confront food sensitivities and health conditions that make the easy and familiar foods and recipes unavailable. I enjoy the opportunity to make special diets doable and delicious.
