Established in 2010.

Voted Best Motorcycle Shop San Diego 2014. After several years of passion for motorcycles, we decided it was time to pursue something we really enjoy for fun on the side. Our goal is to implement the highest standard of competency, care, and to exceed the expectation of our clients to ensue their complete and overall satisfaction. We take pride in our work. We will assist you with everything you need to keep your motorcycle running smoothly so you can keep riding safely. Our mechanic went to Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. In our 20 plus years of riding motorcycles, which include street, track, dirt, and atv’s, our passion for this sport has brought us to help our clients save money by offering what is more than fair prices so that you can spend the extra cash on other things. We will help you keep your motorcycle on the road where it belongs.

I brought my SV650 in for 20k mile service and a host of little things that needed to be done. Jeff is a busy, busy man so I had to schedule about 2 weeks out for my appointment.
It was obvious when I arrived and saw the sheer number of bikes in his shop that Jeff is great at what he does. We figured out exactly what needed to be done (and what didnt) and Jeff finished the work exactly when he said he was going to, and for a fair price.
And Jeff, you wanted me to let you know how the emulators feel on the bike. Answer: it handles SO much better than it did.

first they fixed my bike by cleaning the carbs cost 700 but it was backfiring but ran so i was happy… then it wouldn’t start so i brought it back thinking if its the carbs it would be free or at least discounted
first he says 75 to figure it out .i say ok then he say i have to redo carbs at a cost of 300 then tells me its some other thing and not the carbs but still charges me for the carbs again and another 200 to fix the actual problem ended up having to pay 518.00 so after gouging me i say «how about 500» he says no i wouldn’t trust this guy he is unfair and greedy. huge thumbs down!

Jeff was recommended to me by several military riders I knew. His work on my bike took place in 2013. I had my bike worked on previously by another shop and I noticed a vibration that was related to wheel movement (I won’t mention the name of the shop as I couldn’t prove they caused the problem). I took the bike to Jeff and we discovered that half of one of my chain links was broken off! Although he was already working on another bike he stopped and changed my chain out (I was on my lunch break and it was my only vehicle) while I waited. He didn’t have to do that. Some time later I went to him for a tune up and I definitely noticed an improvement afterwards. The quality of work and fair pricing at this establishment speaks for itself. Jeff is the only person in San Diego I’ll let touch my bike!

One word… AWESOME. The married couple that own/​run this place do it ALL THEMSELVES and take total pride in there work. They actually CARE about you and your bike and saving you money and doing things RIGHT… So refreshing!!!
My experience today… Im in the middle of no where my bike dies at 430pm on a Saturday. They are open and hook me up with a great reasonable tow service, and Jeff immediately tries to get me on the road again (might be something simple) Its now 530pm, dark out, and he’s looking at my bike… it needs more parts and needs to stay the night… no biggie… TINA drives me home!!! Where the hell do you get this kind of friendly service/​help … it was my BEST break down day ever!!!

Jeff was extremely helpful and quick, went in for an oil change but had some issues with my battery. Jeff checked it all out and made sure my bike was running better than when I brought it in. Happy with everything, including his quote for services.

Found my Bike a Dr. Great customer service and very knowledgable. I have had my chain cleaned lubed and adjusted here. Unlike fbc he actually cleaned the chain spotless. It stopped making noise and felt great. Also had new tires put on here. I shopped around and Lach had a great price on Michelins so I picked those up. I would recommend Lach Motorsport’s to anyone.

My bike rides better than when I bought it thanks the the excellent mechanical work /​expertise that Jeff possesses. It also looks beautiful as well thanks to Jeff who fixed up the damages from the hit-​and-​run at a more than reasonable price.
I’m the happiest rider out there! It’s so hard to find a skilled and honest mechanic.

This shop is awesome ! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, unlike other shops I’ve been to. The owners were very reasonable and honest .I walked in expecting to get a 300 job done and intead they said I didn’t need itand paid half of that. Bike runs and everythings good. A small, down to earth shop. Owners Jeff and Tina are a great couple to work with. Tina handles the paperwork, Jeff does the wrenching. Easy going place. Tucked away in the industrial area of Point Loma. Jeff does good work. He is meticulous, clean, and very professional. He is knowledgable in what he is doing and does not over charge. His prices are beyond competitive. He has, without a doubt, some of the best prices for labor. He may or may not have the best prices on parts, but considering the service and the labor price, he is one of the best in the area. They also have used bikes in their shop they are selling. All in pretty good shape and at reasonable prices as well. I will be returning here frequently to get work done!

Owners are polite and professional. They are not out to rip anybody off. They have performed all the maintenance on my GSX-​R600 for about two years. Best prices in town. Recently, they helped sell my bike out of their shop. It was quick and easy and only took about a week to sell. I wouldn’t go any where else. Great people, great bikes, and great service. What a great find.
Jeff & Tina owners of Lach Motorsports, are professional, courteous & good at what they do.
Only reason I didn’t give a 5⁄5 is nobody’s perfect but Jeff”s work is as close as it gets.
My Suzuki SV650 needed a 20,000 mile service. Jeff did the work promptly, professionally. He spotted and mentioned a few mistakes I made when trying to do some of my own work without making me feel dumb about it.
Last but not least, this was the most reasonably priced place I checked with.
I am going back for sure.
